More about the hotel
Worst service ever!!
Wow I had the worst customer service! I will not stay here!! I waited 20 min on the phone to show up and see the front desk lady talking to an employee eating her food. Where is the hospitality??? She told me to leave after I asked why I was put on hold for 20 min and then waited for her to finish her conversation with her employe. As she had her food packed up. The front desk lady or manager as she called her self yelled at me to leave. I told her I would rite a review....You guys must have booming business to not need my business! So I stayed at the Hilton. They have awesome service!! It was a better price!! The location is way better. It's by all the shops near brick town.
Brand new hotel, has some kinks
Stay at the hotel for one night in February. Trying to find where to go was a challenge at this hotel as you'd think the front would face the street. Instead it's out back. At the time there was a temporary construction fence set up around the perimeter making it look like the hotel wasn't open. I finally pulled around the back and got parked and went inside. Checkin was fine, was told they were charging for parking, which I thought was a joke since there it isn't a secured lot. Anyway got to my room and it was fine. Not really impressive for being new. They're clearly trying to go after the millennial/European minimalist market with this property. Tiny, tiny closet to hang clothes. TV was nice, but the rooms are really no frills. Breakfast was ok downstairs in the morning, nothing to write home about. The food at the Courtyard up the street is better. May or may not stay here again, depends on the rate. Needs to be much lower than the Courtyard or the new Omni opening up down the street for me to be interested.
Worst Bonvoy hotel I've ever stayed at!!! Horrible Hotel!!!
Stayed there in Feb 2020 and the place is under construction. Bad service and hardly anywhere to park. The hotel is in a construction site and there is constant banging of construction going on. In addition, it's located directly across from the railroad tracks, so every other hour, you'll hear the trains go by. Bed and bed sheet smelled like crap. Not sure if they changed it from the last customer. Horrible, horrible experience. Stay away!!! Because it's pretty much a construction site, hardly any parking space available, so I had to wait or illegally park everyday and the hotel charged $15 parking, three days after I checked out. They were too scared to tell me the day I checked out. Terrible hotel...don't stay here.
Fantastic hotel with an amazing location.
Came in town for the Lakers/Thunder game. the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is really modern and beautiful inside and out. It's a five minute walk from Bricktown entertainment district and Chesapeake arena. Will definitely be back.
Incredible location and facility
It is a beautiful and clean hotel. The location is also a great bonus!! Bricktown is just two blocks away and the Chesapeake Energy Arena is too. My family and I enjoyed our stay and look forward to do so again next time we're in OKC.
