"Our" room was OK, our friends room registered about 100% humidity....damp, smelly, wet sheets and carpet. (Their room was finally changed, but honestly, why do they even put people in those rooms). We were on the 2nd floor and listened to creaky floors above us until after 10 pm. No idea why. The first of the last straws came at 5:15 am, when the fire alarm went off (apparently only on our floor)....lasted just long enough for us to throw our clothes on and step into the hallway. No fire....just a glitch that "sometimes" happens, according to the front desk. And then, and this is on the 5th of July, a Monday, there are no breakfast items such as sausage, cinnamon rolls. Only one sad little folded omelet. Again, the excuse was, "we're out".....well, guess what folks.....so are we!

The stay was very wonderfull. Had great customer service. Was very clean friendly and great size conference room. Quality Offered to guest includes, free breakfast swimming pool' and hot tub available to guest all though because of covid 19 no one could swim at this time, workout room with treadmill,meeting rokm that could seat up to 40 guest comfortably and a nice breakfast area as well as a full breakfast bar available. I stayed in a king room with nice shower and Jacuzzi tub in room had excellent staff my request for non smoking no pets was met I really enjoyed my stay I will definitely stay here again.
Poor customer service/guest relations

Watch the fine print folks, this hotel does not understand the principle of what guest relations mean. There aren’t many options in this area and you can generally count on an IHG property, but would not recommend this one. The lipstick is finished in the lobby, but the rooms are still old and run down.

Room was damp, sheets were wet, had to clean up puddles of water in bathroom. Beyond the awful room we were treated rudely by manager. Charged twice as we booked the wrong date with a rate that was ridiculously over priced. They were able to get us a room when we showed but would not refund our future reservation for 2 weeks later. Manager would not listen, was rude, and hung up on me. Tried calling back and she hung up on me again, then would not answer phone for the next 30 minutes. Tried to get the owners name and when I asked her to spell it she said “weren’t you listening?”. Called IHG customer service and never received a return call. I guess $$ first, above customer service.
Great location & EXCELLENT Breakfast!!!

Holiday Inn Express always has maintained its standards when it comes to the quallity of rooms etc but this IHG notched up a higher rating in my estimation: their EXCELLENT breakfast. It was not just the quantity of items offered but the quality of taste & preparation. I would recommend this hotel.
