Could be 4-5 star if they cared!
The room with the bed was great! But the bath was a complete disaster! The tub was mis-installed so the fiber board was showing about an inch around so we could not take showers because there might be mold there! The faucet could not be turned all the way off as it kept spinning when you tried, The door seal was missing to the outside so the wind could blow into the room. there was an old plunger left in the bathroom! When I left, I tried to speak to the manager but was told she was in a meeting. When I told the clerk about the problems she just replied "yea" to all my comments and did not write anything down! It's a real shame! This could be a delightful hotel room with a little management care!
Hotel d'Lins Ontario Airport
If you care more about price than nice accommodations, than Hotel d'Lins Ontario, CA is an OK place to stay. The room was below par (torn drapes, filthy sofa, missing bathtub plug, dent marks in the walls, dirt in the drawers, tape over vents, bent ceiling sprinklers). Breakfast was good. Lobby was nice. Shuttle service to airport good.
It’s ok.
It’s ok. Typically amongst the most inexpensive stays in the Ontario Airport area. They have free breakfast. It’s ok. The most watery oatmeal I have ever seen. The rooms seem to be old and outdated. My ac/heater kind of worked; I think? Basically, I wouldn’t spend more than $65 per night here. Any more and it is better to spend $10-$15 more for many other nicer hotels near the airport.
Party central
We had to check out at 2:30 am and go find another hotel. Complaints to the front desk were ignored after the first call. Only when I called the main line did she answer the phone. Avoid this place at all cost
Noisy & Felt Unsafe
I arrived at approximately 1:30pm and was instructed to return at check-in time of 3pm. I received a room in the very back next to the FWY. Other guests (I think they were guests) were noisy outside. When my neighbor turned on the TV, I could hear their TV show over mine. When the neighbor's shower was in use, the water sounded as if it was in my room. I could not find a safe in the room. Door did not seem secure. Needed additional sealing and along the bottom as well. PC/printer did not work in lobby. Even though the room rate was a budget price, I will pay more money to stay somewhere else. On a positive note, the location is good, room was clean.
