Stay away.. far away...far, far away. I should have known this would be a bad stay when they called me on the way over from Phoenix. Apparently my card on file was expired,or so they said. I give them my debit card, which they promptly charged 150 on, one night stay. We make the 5 plus hour trip to the LA area, and arrive at 11 PM. We get to the front desk, only to have the desk clerk ( which I barely could understand ) tell me they don't accept my bank card. Mind you, this is the same bank card they gladly took 150.00 from just hours before. They tell me they don't accept 3rd party cards, Venmo, PayPal,etc. My card is from Chime, not a 3rd party vendor at all, a large bank called Stride Bank out of SF. They then force us to use a card we didn't want to use. It's 11pm, I'm not trying to find other hotels at this point. I'm told the charge will fall off at the night drop. 48 hours later, it still not off there. Let's add the fact that I am a Choice Rewards member, not that this place gives a flying F about. Even though we have enough stays to be gold members, none are showing where it would make us gold members which we should be. ( That I will address with Corporate, when I call my family there to mention this horrible stay as well ) So, let's move to Saturday morning, I talk to the unprofessional young lady that called us on the way over. I wanted to speak to the manager, and surprise, there's not one there. We go hang out with our car family, which is why we were in CA. We come back to no parking around the front at all, I'm a disabled Veteran, and ended up parking way at the back. There are 2 handicap, and someone that wasnt disabled was parked there. We get up to the 3rd floor, non smoking floor that we requested, only for it to absolutely stink of pot. Not a little, but the whole dang floor. We get to our room at almost midnight, only to have our " neighbors " banging on things, the kids there running up and down the halls. I called the front desk, which helped for about 20 minutes, then back to loud tv, screaming, and running. They finally got quiet about 145. The bed is decently comfortable, the pillows sucked. The water pressure in the shower was horrible. The sad thing, we purposely decided to stay here. We stayed here 2 years ago, and it was good. I'm going to do everything in my ability to make sure everyone I know, stays away from here. I run several car related Facebook groups. One has 53 THOUSAND members, one has 5 thousand, and the last 2 thousand each. That's a lot of people who come to Southern California. I'm also making sure my family knows. Hopefully Kim the owner knows I'm not messing around. If you need a hotel close to the airport, choose Motel 6, Hampton,or another one close.
Avoid this hotel if you actually want to get to the airport on time

The Comfort Suites is an airport hotel that proudly touts 'Free Airport Transportation' on its website. What it doesn't tell you is that this 'Free Airport Transportation' consists of the hotel calling a taxi or a Lyft for you (on their dime), and that early in the morning there will be ONE decrepit taxi ferrying people back and forth, 2 at a time. That means that you may need to wait 15 minutes or more past the time for which you reserved this 'Free Airport Transportation.' And good luck getting any kind of assistance or apology from the person at the front desk, Garrett (a prime candidate for charm school). He sullenly informed us that there was only one taxi available, and that he wouldn't call a Lyft "because they charge the hotel $24." Even apart from this unexpected stress and inconvenience, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The faucet in the bathroom leaked the entire time we were there, and we could hear every sound from the room next door, which unfortunately included them blasting the TV all night. Too late, we noticed a much nicer hotel, right across the street, with 4 actual shuttles parked outside ...
STOP!! Beware, Stay at your own risk!

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The very first day after check-in, I knew I would be gone for a long time, so I set my room up to tell if someone had entered my room. I returned to my room at 9:43 pm to find my room had been disturbed. I was very upset and I immediately went to the front desk and spoke with Levina, she was very nice and polite. She called the manager and told her. I wanted to switch hotels but I couldn't find an affordable one. The manager was supposed to check and let me know if anyone had entered my room the next day when she came to work, but she never did. Which lets me know someone entered my room. She checked the room but never let me know the findings. The microwave didn't work well. I had to ask for some disinfectant to wipe the let out sofa down. I opened the let out sofa to get ready to make it up for my son to sleep on because he wanted to sleep on it. The mattress was stained up on top and underneath. It had small dead ants and bugs on it. Levina was nice and gave me a towel soaked in disinfectant and I wiped the entire mattress down and made the bed up. Oh and the sofa mattress is extremely springy and uncomfortable. I don't know how my son was able to sleep on it. I had to ask for an iron and ironing board, there wasn't one in my room. When I was ready to take a shower, the tub was not clean. I had to go back to the front desk and ask if someone could come clean the tub? The manager said the lady was on break. I asked if I could just have some cleaning stuff to clean the tub and gloves please, because I have to get ready to go and I couldn't wait an hour to get the tub cleaned. So, I had to clean the tub on my own. I was disgusted but grateful I had gloves. The internet did not work well at all. The connection was so poor. I will definitely NOT stay at this hotel if I ever visit Ontario again. Stay at your own risk! Nothing was stolen out of my room, but if I had left money or something I think it would have been gone. I learned the hard way when a hotel I stayed at in Nashville, someone came in and stole my DVD's and nothing was done about it. NEVER leave your valuables in your hotel room. You think you're supposed to be safe and your belongings are supposed to be secure in the room, but they're not. It's sad that people feel they have to steal from you. But there are thieves everywhere. But to the thieves, just remember, YOU REAP WHAT YOU SOW!! I do not recommend this hotel. Also, there is only one person working all the time and it is an inconvenience when you need something and no one is at the front desk, or you have to wait to be assisted because the one person has to answer the phone, wait on you, and handle other things in the order that they happen- which leaves you standing for 10 minutes just to ask for face towels and towels.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff at check in and check out were very friendly and helpful. Had an issue with the sensor for the remote and went to the front desk and she told me that I needed to move the sensor. Less than 30 minutes later, she called our room to make sure that it was resolved. We need a shuttle to the airport in the a.m. and apparently Lyft/Uber services are unreliable in the area but the front desk person made sure that we had a ride to the airport--he actually called at lease two companies and then cancelled one. We were very grateful to not have to worry about being late to the airport. Rental agency was right across the street so it saved us another day of rental charges. We're ready to travel again!!!
Typical airport motel

Hotels located close to airports exist for only one reason (pretty much): as a place for air travelers to spend a night just after arrival or just before departure. As such, they are inevitably long on comfort and efficiency, and short on charm and warmth. This is fine for the people who use these lodgings for that purpose, because they are more interested in a good night’s sleep and a short time at the front desk than a week of relaxation. For the most part, this Quality Suites met this expectation. This room featured a full bath, phone, AC, radio-alarm clock, iron & board, hair dryer, coffee-maker, microwave, fridge, in-room safe, and TV with 133 channels. It was clean and well-maintained. Our neighboring room was playing music loud enough to be heard in our room and the hallway, but a knock on their door and a call to the front desk solved the problem. Free amenities included parking, wifi (good), PC & printer in lobby, pool, hot tub, exercise room, and a continental breakfast. Note that the pool is limited to ten people at a time, and you must reserve your time there. Staff was polite and efficient. We were surprised that there was only one luggage cart available in the lobby for all residents of this four-story hotel. When we checked in, it was simply not available. The front desk clerk offered to assist us with our luggage, but that was not the problem – we needed a cart, and there was only one for the entire hotel. If, like most people who use an airport hotel, you need a place for one comfy night just before or just after a flight, this place will meet your needs.
