I usually don’t write reviews but this place was terrible. I had to climb over an entire Dirty mattress sitting in the Entryway of the balcony, Just to get in my room. Not to mention all the crack heads hanging outside the door. Coming in and out doing all kinda of smoker activities . The room wasn’t terribly dirty as far as bed begs, but it was definitely Cigarette buds all over the floor still in My room. so clearly wasn’t cleaned prior... I would only recommend this place to junkies, and that’s the honest truth.. If you smoke Rocks this is the place for you!! This place must be The Tweakers Headquarters Of Ontario...
Dirty motel. Not Country Inns and Suites

My husband, grandson and I were in Ontario recently to attend a wedding. Our flight was 5 hours late getting in . We had to take an Uber to the Country Inn because the rental car buisness was closed when we got in. When the Uber pulled up in front of the Country Inn we knew this was not going to be good. They had a night window to check in. Then we had to drag our luggage up the outside stairs. When we entered the room the smell was awful. The room was filthy. The shets were stained. The bathroom vent fan was so loud that we couldn't turn on the bathroom light. But by this time ,1:00 AM California time, 3:00 our time, there wasn't much we could do. I called the front desk and told them we weren't happy with the room. They offered to move us but we were so tired I told him we would do it in the morning. At this point my grandson was crying because the room was so bad. He did not want to sleep in the bed. But since we had a wedding to attend in the morning, we tried to lie on the beds and get a little sleep. At 2 AM somebody was trying to get in our door. I think they were drunk and had the wrong room. The bathroom was so dirty we couldn't shower. In the morning we got up and went to breakfast. It wasn't much of a breakfast . When we went back to our room my grandson noticed a bedbug climbing up the wall by the head board. I had checked the matress for bugs when I checked in and didn't see any. I immediately threw our stuff in the suitcases and drug them down the stairs while my husband took an Uber to get us a rental car. We still had a wedding to go to. I told them I could no longer stay there. I called my travel agent and told her how bad this place was. She booked us anorher very nice motel. Problem was we couldn't check in until 3:00. We had to get ready for the wedding from the trunk of our rental car. Don't make the mistake of thinking this is a Country Inns and Suites like my travel agent and I did. This place is scary.
Run don’t walk from this motel

This place is so bad. Just to give you an idea of how bad it is, when I checked in they gave me the room key and the remote for the tv. The room its self isn’t bad it’s clean but the outside part of the motel and the staff are horrible. The stairs leading up to the room were dirty with food. It looked like someone spilled fruit loops on the stairs a few months ago and no one has cleaned them. The walls are so thin you can hear people talking outside your room. When we got up the next morning there was what appeared to be a homeless man outside our room just standing there with all his stuff. We went to the breakfast room and the lady asked for our breakfast voucher. I gave it to her and she said that the voucher was for one person, even though I booked the room for two people and asked for a room with two queen beds. I explained that there was a mistake that the room was booked for two people she said no one person you pay $5 for other person. I told her no way was I paying for another person when the mistake was there’s. Plus the breakfast wasn’t even worth it. All they had was bread, coffee, juice and cereal. She went to the front desk to tell them I wouldn’t pay and the front desk clerk came to talk to me. I told him number one the reservation was made for two people so I shouldn’t have to pay for another breakfast and number two what they were offering couldn’t even be considered a breakfast. He said I would have to pay I asked to speak with the manager and he said she wasn’t in yet. He also said aid that the women trying to get the money from me was the owners mother and that’s what she does. I mentioned to him that I. Stead of them trying to get more money from a paying guest they should try to get the homeless person out from the hallway by the guests rooms. The place is a joke and no one should ever be treated like their hat from a business. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
Looks nice from the outside

I booked my hotel thinking that this Country Inn was with the Country Inn chain but I was sadly mistaken. I must admit that the room was clean and somewhat modern. It did have a microwave and refrigerator. However, I was taken aback when I received the remote to the television at check-in and that I could only receive one extra set of towels a day. It's motel style so you access the rooms from the outside and there isn't an elevator. If you're a family on a budget this may not be a bad place to stay. However, I was looking for comfort and a warm ambience which I did not receive.
