Lost my laptop charger

Stayed here for just 1 night. I forgot my laptop charger in one of the drawers. Called the lobby to check but they’ve been telling me they’ll get back to me. I called 3 times and the 4th time they told me they couldn’t find my charger. Well, it has to be in the drawer right? Unless there’s a ghost who took it.

Smoke Filled Smoke Free Hotel

The hotel is supposed to be smoke free. They even make you sign and initial that you acknowledge that the hotel is smoke free. Early in the evening my room filled with smoke along with the hallway. I complained. I was told there was nothing they could do. In other words I had to just live with it. No other rooms, in the otherwise empty hotel were available. They offered a 10% discount after already charging me there max price for the room. So the end results was the smokers got to enjoy smoking and filling the halls with smoke while other guests were basically told to live with it. DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

Does not appear to value regular customers

I have stayed at this hotel about 30 nights a year for the last few years. With my business, I have my employees also stay here. We are not a huge account by any stretch, but one would think in these times any customers who travel and stay would be valued. I had a corporate rate set up with their Sales Department at a set rate which included breakfast. 7/8 to 7/10 I stayed there and the woman at the front desk said she could not find my company in her system. However she saw I have stayed there regularly, gave me my set rate and even upgraded my room at no extra charge. She did a great job. 7/13 I walked in to stay for 3 nights. A different woman greeted me at the front desk. She told me my company is not listed in her system with a corporate rate. I told her I just stayed last week. She said she would agree to offer me the corporate rate as a "one time exception" but that I needed to contact their sales department and have them enter me in their system. What? She framed it as she was doing me a favor by offering me a rate that was $3 more than what they were offering anyone on Hotels.com. A rate that was supposed to include breakfast, but since their restaurant is closed there is none. Some favor she was doing. Also, why is it my problem to solve? Shouldnt she be the one to say "I will send a request over to sales to have them get you entered in the system, if they have any questions what is the best means for them to reach you?" I then asked what it would cost to be upgraded to a better room. The hotel is empty and I was going to be there 3 nights. She offered an up-charge that equaled the Hotels.com rate. I am a regular customer, a corporate customer who is staying there during a significant recession. You have significant vacancy, and your offer is to give me your hotels.com rate? Seriously? At that point, I told her I changed my mind about staying there. If the hotel can ever figure out if they value their regular customers more than they value one time internet travel site customers, I may be back. But after this, I will take my company's business elsewhere.

Was in the area after working at Edwards AFB. We stayed here for one night before heading to the Ontario Airport for a flight back home the next morning. Hotel was very nice although seemed to be a bit dated. This location is in the process of converting over to a IHG property. Apparently they have been doing this for a few years. The only indication to us that it has anything to do with IHG is some brochures at the counter when we checked in. A bit confusing finding the hotel. They claim I was upgraded due to my status with IHG although form the room I would have never guessed that. Breakfast was not open yet due to Covid. Had to find breakfast elsewhere in the area before going to the airport. Staff was very friendly. Overall a very good stay.

CLOSE TO AIRPORT AND MANY OTHER BUSINESSES

Big Lobby with car rental, restaurant and bar. Many conference rooms with lobby tables and chairs. The hotel will shuttle guests to the airport, Ontario Mills and anywhere else within a few miles. The pool and garden area are nice. The rooms are large and linens are fresh and comfortable. It doesn't seem there is a mini fridge but there is ! The right side of the dresser looks like a chest of drawers but it is a door which opens to reveal a mini fridge..They are remodeling the back half of the hotel which does not seems to affect the daily happenings to the lobby and guestrooms
