Lo pasamos 10 puntos!
Estuvimos en Sheraton Ontario por 13 noches, el personal es extremadamente atento. Nos fueron buscar al aeropuerto a la 1 de la mañana, ni bien los llamamos. Nos cambiaron de habitación la segunda noche porque estábamos cerca de los motores de los ascensores. Nos llevaron y nos trajeron del shopping sin cargo. La piscina muy buena, limpia. Volveremos seguramente y lo recomendamos altamente!
Excelente hotel
Habitación ideal, buena atención, piscina, excelente desayuno. Utilice el Club Level y tiene muy buen servicio. Se puede desayunar allí o en restaurant de planta baja. No me cobraron estacionamiento como decían en algunos lados que me iban a cobrar. Muy recomendable. Cerca de Los Ángeles.
I love Sheraton Ontario!
I have been staying here for the past 6 months to visit my in-laws amid covid. Every interaction I have had with the Front Office team, has been great! The rooms are very comfortable and many dining options nearby. However, one team member in particular has stood out the most. Special thanks to Chelsea for always providing exquisite customer service and always being so accommodating. Chelsea and the other Front Desk associations are a great asset to the hotel. Kudos to the management team on selecting her and the other Front Office associates know running the ship. I have closer options to stay at while visiting, but Sheraton Ontario is worth the extra drive. Thank you Chelsea and the Sheraton Ontario Team!
I MUST rush to the defense of this hotel
I see the poor reviews, and folks MUST understand that right now, hotels have to do more ... with less. I booked the park and fly package at an INCREDIBLE rate. The room was older, but clean. So if you stay at an airport hotel for your vacation ... then fine. If you, like me, need to be there in order to fly in or out, WHO CARES? These days, it's all about CLEAN! Pen wrapped in plastic, tub spotless, TV older, but perfectly functional. And ya know what? GREAT STAFF. They answered all my questions, were friendly, responsive, and engaged. They dropped me off at the cargo ramp at 2:30 in the MORNING! They are getting all my commuter business. I'm a Bonvoy Gold Member, and have absolutely NO concerns here. (Yes, neighborhood leaves something to be desired - if you're scared, stay inside. Sheesh.).
Poor service
Clean room but service was awful! We are Marriott titanium level- we get that it’s COVID time but that doesn’t excuse being rude. They were only at 16% occupancy but didn’t offer an upgrade or a breakfast certificate. It doesn’t cost anything to be polite. Won’t stay here again.
