Nice Resort near Beautiful Eagle Beach
This resort and our particular room were pretty nice; BUT, some of the amenities were not available during our stay. We were led to believe they were having a "Grand Re-Opening" the week we were there but they were still doing construction. The pool with the slide was not open (which was not indicated on the website and we were not told ahead of time), shuffleboard was not open (and we were looking forward to that), the casino was not open and none of the food outlets were open. It is a decent location but not directly on the beach. You have to walk about two (2) blocks but it's an easy walk. Eagle Beach is beautiful....much nicer (wider and less crowded) than Palm Beach. Many restaurants and shoppes are within a 5-10 minute drive.
Quiet and clean
I stayed at the Eagle Aruba in feb 21, The resort is very clean quiet and comfortable , the other resort that shares the same property La Cabana was loud and crowded .so if you are looking for a clean quiet and comfortable place to stay .this is tho place for you,its also centrally located to everything.
Gym, casino, and some restaurants still closed
It seems as if most of the resorts in the area have opened their amenities. I don’t understand why the Eagle Aruba hasn’t opened their gym, casino, or restaurants. Even the ice machines are closed. These things should have been disclosed when we booked here. Not happy!
Great place-great people
We have been going there for years and it gets better every year. We love it. Pablo-the bell captian is very helpful. All the front desk people are great and lilyanna the concierge is fantastic. The pools are great. The renovated rooms are beautuiful and the beach is one of the best in the world
You will not find a better place in Aruba
This is our second visit to Aruba. The rooms are large and have a kitchenette which allows for flexibility. The pools are beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is perfect as it’s close to Eagle Beach but not too far from the high rises. They have suites so two couples or a family can stay together.
