didn't know it was a non smoking facility. When I checked in the price they gave me over the phone was not the price I booked for on line. They never told me about oregons hotel tax until I checked in. So I had to put more money on my visa card as my funds were insufficient. Very frustrating. Not good communication at all.

Delightful rooms with a pleasant surprise
We stopped here on our way to Crater Lake. Pros: 1. Comfortable rooms 2. Price is right 3. Great location 4. In room gym 5. Nice bathrooms Cons: 1. They did not replenish the sanitizer by the elevator at the bottom level for half a day even after I made it a point to mention it to the receptionist at check in. The hotel seems to care about COVID. However, if there is no sanitizer in the bottle, and that is the only one bottle on the floor, by the elevator.... :( 2. Check in takes a while. Could be because of COVID.
Pros and Cons
JUST FYI... I originally wrote a review for IHG who owns this hotel as well as others and titled it Pros & Cons but IHG only posted the Pros. I’m sorry but that’s just WRONG so I wanted to include this comment along with the full original statement I wrote for IHG that they chose not to print on their website. Pros: Very clean room, good breakfast set up amid COVID days, great check-in process with very friendly staff lady, Easy self parking and free and many covered parking available as well, Felt safe in the property, available in room workout equipment, hard working air conditioner .... Cons: thin walls, limited television channels, not so clear to us housekeeping policy as we were there 5 days and although we did have the do not disturb sign until the 3rd day when we went on a long hike and was so looking forward to coming back to a clean room we were disappointed when it was not cleaned. Apparently you have to call the front desk and request a room cleaning. The check in lady was super friendly but since we were on the 2nd floor we passed by the front desk many times and no one else even bothered to greet us. Our original reservation thru hotels.com did include free breakfast but I had to make another reservation thru IHG to add an extra day when our flight was cancelled so I wanted breakfast before we flew out and the snotty boy at the front desk said our reservation didn’t come with one.... even though I never requested breakfast the 4 days we were there...disappointing and we are IHG members!

This hotel was easy to find, lots of parking and the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The front desk customer service was super friendly. I loved that they had equipment in your room to work out...after driving 7 hours, I needed to stretch on the yoga mat. I felt like I was in luxury. I got the best night sleep in a comfortable bed. Thank you and I will definitely stay here again on my way up north.
