Hotel accesible
Es un hotel ubicado cerca de la universidad, tiene supermercado cerca y algunos rerstaurantes, cuando llegue lo estaban remodelando por lo que habia bastante desorden, la limpieza en general es buena, en la habitacion no fue la mejor, no me gusto el desayuno, el personal si es bastante atento, tiene un gimnasio, piscina no la use pero el hotel cuenta con una, en general esta bien, pero si deben mejorar en la limpieza en general. el internet funciono super bien, desde cualquier lugar del hotel
VERY BAD SERVICE
I am a traveler from Argentina. I stayed at the hotel a few days ago. I was requested to leave a 50 usd deposit. The next day doing the check out, I forgot to ask for my money back, also the front desk forgot it. I realized this hours after when I was too far to go back, so I called the hotel to try solve the problem the easiest way possible for both parts. I requested a deposit to my card but the person who was attending the request ( he said his name is bob) was extremely rude, giving just the option to go back to the hotel when it is pretty obvious I cant because I am a foreign. He yelled at me, he hung up the phone 3 times arguing that I was threating him just because I was asking for a policy who applies for my case. I was just trying to get a solution for my problem since I think they as a hotel have the obligation to remind the customers if they are forgetting any money. I mean, im having vacations trying to rest and I guess this situations can happen. At the end I cant go back for my money, just wondering how many people went trough this and they couldn't get their money back?...what do they do with the money people can never go back for it? ...just a plus for this... the internet was not working at all..they couldn't fix that either and the room was a bit loud, I could hear all the service from the front desk who was just down stairs.... so disappointing .....
Cold and loud, won’t be back!
We came for a weekend away and it was miserable! We were put in room 117, which is in the front of the hotel, main floor, between the pool and fitness center. As you can imagine it is a high traffic area with lots of noise. We had the unfortunate “pleasure” of listening to noisy kids in the pool late into the night and early the following morning, which is what we were getting a weekend away from. The walls are so thin, that while in bed I could hear people talking, and even a person sneeze, clear as day, just on the other side of the wall. So that wasn’t really fun. It was also very cold in the room. We had to crank the heater up as the bed only had a sheet and a blanket on it. That’s it in the middle of a snowstorm. It was cold. There is no sound muffling attempts in this hotel, as mentioned the walls are thin, as are the floors. The person in the room above us sounded like a herd of elephants doing laps for hours in their room. By the time morning rolled around we were so annoyed we just wanted to go home. Didn’t even stay for breakfast, or shower just got out of there. Won’t be back, it was awful. Don’t stay here.
Highly Satisfied
Staff were very friendly and helpful. I asked for extra blankets and they were happy to oblige. Our room was clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. This was our second stay at La Quinta in Orem.
Dirty and unacceptable
During this pandemic... you would think that extra measures are made to have a room clean.... and also to try to go above and beyond to keep a customer base Can I start with the “private” hairs on the toilet? Dead bugs in the ceiling lamp? Tables had sticky clumps that we had to wipe down. The faucet in the room wasn’t fastened in... so every time you turned it on... it flipped around We would have complained... but the poor gal at the front said that was the only room on the first floor available. We were so tired from driving... we just sucked it up. I would never recommend this.. other than the staff. Shame on owners to not pay more attention to room details.
