Uncaring
My husband has to be hospitalized and I wanted to either change dates or cancel our reservation here. Agoda would not let us change dates and Bryan Spanish cove would not refund our money. Needless to say we will not be using either again.
Best Place to be in Orlando.
Central to every park, restaurants, and life. Property is clean, villas are outstanding. Ample space and all utilities provided. Enough place for privacy and moving around. Swimming pool and lake access was very clean and nice.
Overall Excellent Stay
We are a family of 5, with 3 adult children, vacationing here for Thanksgiving. This property fit the bill perfectly, being an unbeatable value due to the size of the unit and the proximity to Disney. It's a small complex, which we liked, and there were many amenities available onsite that we did not take advantage of. The unit itself was tastefully decorated and most importantly, it gave us lots of room to spread out. The washer and dryer in the unit, as well as all of the amenities provided such as laundry detergent, dish detergent, coffee, etc. were truly appreciated. There were evident safety procedures in place with respect to sanitization of the unit during the COVID situation. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would not hesitate to return. Management was wonderful and responsive to any requests we had during our stay.
Bad choice of time share
Access to resort from a busy highway, with no turn lanes. If you have trouble with steps stay away, units have exterior and interior steps. Resort charges extra for WIFI that's slow and hard to connect to, kayaks and paddle boats needing repair and not cleaned. Exterior of resorts needs to be power washed for spider webs. Staff uses gas powered blowers to clean exterior patios, causing you to go inside because of gas fumes.
No Go
I'd read positive things about this place and made a booking. Covid-19 intervened and the "resort" pulled the no refund policy. Had it been my choice to cancel, that would have been fair enough. No airlines leaving my country meant that no matter how much I'd like to have travelled, it was impossible. Even in that situation, no refund, not even a partial one. What could I do but give this place a negative comment. When there may be the possibility of future travel, I certainly won't give Bryan's Spanish Cove any consideration. I just don't trust its integrity (Any further link that must be completed are invalid as I didn't travel).
