Positives include location within 5 miles of the parks and the cheap price. Pool was open and very nice, but evening found it monopolized by a group of 20 somethings playing loud music with profane lyrics and smoking weed. Room was clean, but smelled a little musty. Well appointed with frig, microwave, cable tv, and a nice shower. To go breakfast provided in AM, but had to ask for paper goods as someone had reportedly “cleaned them out.” The bed was tolerable comfort wise, but springs squeaked loudly every time you moved. The worst part was the guy in the room next door talking loudly on speaker phone right outside our room at 2:30am! We waited 15 minutes for him to quiet down, then my boyfriend went to the door and told him to move his conversation elsewhere. Returned to bed then guy is knocking on our door trying to justify his behavior. I warned the guy that I was calling the hotel manager as we shut and locked the door, then next door called the manager to complain about us! Didn’t get much sleep and left in AM. Our 3rd stay here and likely our last!

Hi i was a guest back on 7/31-8/3. When i checked out on 8/3 i realized i left something in the room. I called and immediately spoke to Josh (allegedly the manager); letting him know i was in room 128 and i left my Laptop charger on the nightstand. He took all my information including my credit card info to bill me for mailing my item who stated he would get it out to me ASAP.. Its been ALMOST 2 WEEKS and i haven't received it in the mail yet.. I live an hour and a half away so i should have gotten the item within 1-2 business days.. I called to follow up with Josh this morning of 8/10/20 about 9:20am.. I advised him that we spoke a week ago and he QUICKLY replied "oh yea they said it would be a few more days, i'll send you the tracking number when i get a chance ok bye"...... and QUICKLY rushed me off the phone.. I know the hotel is not "busy" and overinflated with guests to the point that he had to rush me off the phone because i've stayed at this location multiple times...I just wanted to follow up on my left item at the hotel. Had i known the "manager" was a LIAR i would have just drove the hour and a half BACK to pick it up.. It is an item i need which is why i'm following up.. Josh "the manager" said He said he was sending me the tracking number to me 3 times but DIDN'T RECEIVE NOTHINGI also called today ON 8/13/20 and a young female who's name i forgot to get answered the .. She claimed that a manager will be onsite at 9am and to call then. but asked if she could help me.. She quickly asked "whats your last name, and what was the item left" then quickly said "yes they will be here tomorrow. ok? BYE. and again quickly rushed me off the phone. I gave this "Josh" guy my credit card info which who knows what he did with and i still do not have my item. Management is GARBAGE.. contacted corporate at Choice Hotels and made a formal complaint.. People like him need to be unemployed. PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

This was the worst experience ever on a hotel stay. The place is filthy! from A to Z!!! The staff can't print you a receipt.....go figure! Location is good but the Hotel is terrible! It smells smoke everywhere, bugs, breakfast, please don't try, the towels are failling apart, dirty, dirty, filthy!!! Too much to name it. Take my review seriously and stay somewhere else!!!!!

First: it is suppose to be a no smoking hotel yet the maid is smoking cigarettes as she cleans the rooms Chairs at the breakfast area are broken, the tables were dirty. No fruit what so ever at breakfast Garbage at the pool and other walkways never got picked up. The bathrooms in the gym and lobby were not cleaned in the four days we were there. The internet did not work in our room for the four days we were there. There was a leak dripping into our bathroom from the upstairs room. The doors have no seals or sweeps so the light and insects come in. Plus, the room was clean and front desk staff were nice. Clearly this place lacks a competent manager, because no one is paying attention to what is or isn’t getting done.

The staff: Old Indian women, old Indian man, and the rest all Mexican. Not one white person works there. They stare at you as if they have never seen another person outside their race. They do not even carry vacumms on their carts but you can see the old, dirty, beat up brooms that they clean with. The room was not cleaned. There was long black hair clogging the bathroom sink, which my husband removed himself so that we could at least brush our teeth before going to work. The same black hair could be found in the shower on the walls, on the shower curtain which also had mold on the bottom and inside those awesomely cleaned bleach smelling towels that they supply. Small towels not even bath size. The toilet seat did not fit the toilet properly so you were literally sliding back and forth while trying to use it. Upon further inspection because I was trying to fix it, I found the underside of the toilet seat full of urine from god knows how many previous guests. The television is an old one with Analog instead of cable channels,my very first experience like this in a motel and they want to charge you over a hundred dollars per night. Not to mention the "taxes and fees" not posted anywhere or on their website. They extort money. They take it from your credit card and try to justify bogus charges. Then you have to fight people who didn't care while you were there. The employees at the front desk are very rude, very unprofessional,very slow, unhelpful, have attitude problems, and treat you as if they are doing you a favor instead of treating you like they should be thankful for your business because that is how those rude jerks get paid! Walk around the backside of this dump. You can tell where the worker's stay including the Manager. Discovered this when I saw all the clothes hanging over the railings upstairs. It reminded me of Tijuana. They feature their own Drug Dealer too! He is black, wears a black hoodie and drives a black four door toyota of some sort. Stays in the same spot nightly(we counted 10 days straight). The staff is well aware but does NOTHING but watch it's guests. The so called Breakfast is a huge joke. If and I mean if you can find any food after 7 am, it will be crumbs, cold eggs, old sausage, waffle batter but no syrup.. Bitter coffee no cream left and of course you have that one person ahead of you decide to take all the pastries abd then look at you as if you have a problem. What a joke! Now to top off this horrible experience, they have charged my Credit card without my authorization, permission or even knowledge. I called to discuss this with the rude girl at the front desk and she told me in so many words, oh well you are gone now so we are going to take as much as we can until we get busted. Busted in a big way. Stay far far away from this place. If you stay, you will surely regret it!
