Best vacations ever!!!

It was at the hotel with my family and when we checked-in we met Crismar, a very friendly girl who was always very attentive to us during our stay. I’m happy that my vacation was better than I expected, of course I would return to this place!

My room was great clean and met all my standards! But the customer service was phenomenal the front desk manager was awesome Lewis answered all my questions, absolutely the best service provided! I personally believe Lewis made the stay top of the line setting the tone for everyone to follow!!

Very good restaurant service by the waitress Gregoriana. She is a good waitress, she was very attentive to us, she recommended good meals that were super delicious, we had a chat with her and she told us things about here in Orlando.

Nice place and conveniently located. Close to everything. Disney parks and Seaworld and outlet shopping fentee. Great breakfast and fairley priced. Kudos for Gregorina and Chef Guido !!! Made out stay more placent. Definitely will be back soon
Disappointing hotel, with excellent restaurant staff

The hotel is poorly prepared for the increasing current Covid pandemic. Empty sanitizers. We asked the receptionist several times to have them refilled, it didn't happen in the 5 days we stayed.
Hotel was average clean.
One of the elevators was out of order when we checked in and we had to wait for over 8 minutes for the elevator to finally come.
When we arrived, while waiting for the elevator, we couldn't avoid getting wet by the condensation coming down from the A/C at the lobby.
I asked to have the (free) amenities - coffee pod - refilled in my room. It didn't happen and I had to go get them at the Front desk.
The air conditioning didn't work properly (no central A/C, just an external unit that is inside the room straight across from the bed, making you too cold or, if turned off, make you break a sweat.
Room style was old-fashioned, with popcorn ceiling.
Furniture was ok, modern style, bed was comfortable and with 2 pillows per person.
The restaurant staff made the positive change. Gregorina and Maria made the difference (not making this hotel a 1-star review). They were both super helpful and even provided tips to enjoy our stay more). We had our breakfast there and they were attentive, responsive and kind. The food was very good, so our compliments to the chef.
As a member of IHG and knowing this was not a 5-star hotel, I was disappointed with the quality level of my stay. I'd just go back for the restaurant staff, they are awesome!
We communicated the aspects to improve during our stay, but they were not taken into consideration, so hopefully this review will make potential customers aware about the responsiveness of the hotel and will help the Management change the current course of action.
