Disappointing stay

Reviewed 27 november, 2021

Stayed at the Music resort and very disappointed. The room wasn’t cleaned lightly, the shuttle service coming back was long, and the airport shuttle was mishandled a non accessible bus was sent. Terrible

Good place to stay. Clean!

Reviewed 25 november, 2021

This was our first stay at this resort over thanksgiving break. We have stayed at the other 2 all star hotels. We enjoyed our stay. Our room was very clean when we arrived. Clean towels were given every other day as well as trash pick up. We knew prior to our stay that those services are not offered every single day. I’ve seen people complain about that but it’s written in the app under services that house keeping us every other day of your stay. We enjoyed the food court and gift shop. My boys loved swimming in the fantasia pool and us taking our dinner outside by the pool to eat. Cast members were all friendly.

Good for One Night

Reviewed 24 november, 2021

We stayed here for one night in early November. We used this resort to bridge our stay before we moved to Saratoga Springs. Everything is clean. It had fun theming. My 4 year olds loved the playground and the different themed sections. Food court was good enough. Fun atmosphere even with mobile ordering. We didn’t use the pools but it looked lovely and fun. No zero depth, but you don’t get that at value resorts. Rooms were clean but small. We knew this coming in as we are seasoned Disney travelers. We didn’t have to use the buses so I can’t speak to that. Staff was friendly. Gift shop was large and well supplied. While I wouldn’t stay here long term because of our family size, I can’t say anything bad about Disney All-Star Movies.

Small, quiet and amazing!

Reviewed 13 november, 2021

We stayed November 2018 before the rooms were updated in the toy story building for the theming for my boys. We requested a third floor room, garden facing, farthest from elevator and it was very quiet. The perk is there are a set of steps at the end of every building, so we didn’t hardly use the elevators or have to walk back to the center of the building. What people may not realize is it is not necessary to pay for a preferred room if you are looking to be close to the buses. The all star resorts are so small, that it is only the difference of a couple minutes from the farthest room to the front! We walked from the toy story building all the way to all star sports in 15 minutes! Due to my son’s medical condition of epilepsy we had to return each evening early to prevent him from fatiguing and having a seizure. The resort was so amazing at night. The outdoor movie was great. We’d grab dinner and go sit out and enjoy the show and the activities employees would give you a large bag of pop corn to enjoy! We found the resort to be quiet at the time we went and buses were pretty accommodating. We have tried art of animation cars suite, and AK kidani resort and found this overall experience at all star movies so much better. Loved the pool at AKK, but that was only used minimally and found the size do Art of animation to be too big and crowded for us.

Quick 2 Night Stay at All Star Movies

Reviewed 1 november, 2021

We had a quick two night stay at All Star Movies on Saturday and Sunday, October 30 and 31, 2021. We had arrived Via Disney Magical Express (after a cruise) on Saturday, Oct 30. We arrived early at about 10am. The staff was very accommodating and tried to get us into a room as early as possible. I did utilize the online pre-check in service and the room was not ready; however, the staff expedited this process for us. I am happy for this, as the line for the outside luggage check-in (bell services) was far too long. We were in the Love Bug Building on the third floor. This is a Disney Value Resort (usually in the $150 range per night) and we felt for "Disney Value" it was a nice room. The rooms were clearly remodeled recently and were in good condition. The beds were comfortable and our room was absolutely spotless. Overall, we had a pretty quiet location; however, you could hear some people running up and down the outside hallways. We did use Disney bus transportation from this resort and it was frequent and convenient. There is a large pool and a food court; however, we did not get to use this during our stay. Overall, a great stay -- and I would recommend the resort.
