Really clean rooms, excellent service
I hate staying in hotels because most hotel rooms are not properly cleaned. But our room was extremely clean. No hairs in the bathtub or floor. The room was clean and the bed and pillows didn’t have any hairs or stains. Check in was fast and I was given a map and was told everything I needed to know about the hotel and their services. Definitely staying there again.
Like this place, but losing interest
We have stayed here multiple times, some weekends and some weekdays, the past 2 times the late night noise from other guest has gotten out of come, I would recommend NEVER getting a room in building 10 or 11 close to the elevators/stairs, you literally hear every loud drunk on their way back to their rooms, even yelling down the hallway like it’s 2pm and not 2am.
Wonderful experience
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was attentive and courteous. All of the staff were wearing appropriate PPE, which definitely made the experience feel very "COVID safe". Not really much else I can ask for in a hotel! Would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Not a good experience very disappointed!
Very dissatisfied! nothing is as seen on the website. We booked a 1200 package for our honeymoon. We ended up getting a room on the backside where the view was parked cars and fencing. were our room was located everyone getting to and from their room had to walk past so we people were constantly walking by our window. We had to keep our curtains closed and our room felt more like dungeon then a pleasant get away room. we were hoping for restful night but instead had people standing at our window at night carrying on talking loud and swearing joking around. , and one night there was an incident where a young girl was thrown against our door at 11pm. and continued with screaming, hollering and sounds of commotion in a nearby room. The continental breakfast consisted of coffee or juice with a bagel or muffin and a piece of fruit. they had 4 different muffins, danish and cinn, rolls there but we could only chose from one of the 4 muffins. nothing like what was advertised. They were so overbooked that there was no parking. We were looking forward to enjoying some of the awesome stuff it showed on the site from the pools, hot tub, lawn checkers , pool table etc but it was so overcrowded that we never got to utilize anything. We basically stayed in our dark room where there was one chair and a desk chair so just sitting around meant one of us had to sit on the bed.. The best thing about this stay was the warm cookie we got upon entering. We spoke to 2 other couples that were very unhappy also.
Horrible experience.. Disgusting
Unsatisfactory, Unhealthy, Disappointed. Upon arrival on Aug 10, 2021, I was checked into room 1176. This room was disgusting and unsafe. We entered into the room to find that it was not clean. The beds were still in the condition the guest left them, urine was in the toilet, trash all over the floor, towels, etc... (I have a video). This is completely unsatisfactory. I trust the Hilton Brand and as a rewards member I expect much more from anything that Hilton name is on. Currently with Covid being a serious part of today’s society, this should have never happened. This was a risk to my health due to my autoimmune condition. We had to go back to the front and I was given room 2910. This room was in much better shape when it came to cleanliness. However, it was of lesser value. Left our bags and went to the volleyball tournament. Then came back after a long day at 12am in the morning to find a HUGE wind handler inside our room, in front of the door. The wind was so strong that my child couldn’t open the door. We called the front desk several times and NO ONE ANSWERED... Had to get back into the car and go back to the front. The front desk didn’t see anything in the computer about why this was in our room. Adrian was very friendly. He sent someone to remove it and the story they gave us was the carpet was shampooed before we got there and it was in the room. Once we explained that he was lying because we had already checked in... they stated there was a leak from the other room. The point was, WHY WHY WHY was this in our room... The loud noise and the smell. They removed the handler and we finally got rest. The next morning we woke up to a WET CARPET (I have pictures). This is unacceptable. Again, I have trusted the Hilton due to my health issues, but this has me really concerned. No one should be placed in a room where flooding or leaking has occurred due to MOLD MOLD MOLD!!! We should have been moved, but they couldn’t because they were sold out.
