We traveled with another couple and stayed in a 2 bedroom condo unit. Lots of room, very clean and well kept. Wasn't as happy with the view from our 2nd floor unit but overall was a great vacation in a safe and family oriented facility. The condo was pretty close to everything we planned to see with a short Uber ride.

I had previously stayed here in 2018 and was disappointed with the condition of the rooms and buildings ( I had stayed in Devonshire), the lighting in the parking lots and the attentiveness of the staff at check in. This time I had no issues in any of those. I stayed in Somerset. The lighting in the parking lot was good. The exterior of the building was clean and my room was as well. The room was also newer. During my previous day I had noted that it was as if the people doing the repairs to the rooms didn’t give the slightest care. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The only disappointment I experienced was lunch by the pool. During my previous day I had enjoyed table service and due to Covid19, this is currently not being offered at the resort.

This resort is very easy to get to and from the amusement parks in the area. The rooms are very comfortable and nice. We didn't use the pools but the pictures of them were quite nice, and since the resort was very clean I'm guessing the pools would be too. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay with fun pool-side activities for families, pool-side bar, and great restaurant. My only suggestion would be to request a tower close to the pool. There are 9-10 buildings, so staying in the 9th building is a short walking distance to the main pool . You can call front desk and ask for a shuttle to pick you up.

This hotel is located near all the Disney Parks and very convenient. Easy access in and out. Large three bedroom with three baths, living room dining room, kitchen with all the amenities and balcony off two bedrooms. Updated and very well maintained. Very clean and quite at night for sleeping. Pools and food were great. We highly recommend this hotel!
