Pay a lot and then fix your vehicle after your stay
Stayed here for work. My stay was fine. It’s after. The “resort” charges a resort fee and a fee to park. If a parking fee is charged then the guest shouldn’t find their vehicle picked off. Parts were picked off my jeep. Called the hotel and got the run around. Left a message for the manager and can’t get a call back. Definitely not worth the fees they charge; giving guests a false sense of security. So I’m giving this a 1. Sad how one moment ruins the whole experience
Time to get away
The hotel is we’ll keep and the staff is very friendly, definitely we will try it again. Is close to everything, try to stay in the high floors. We had our pet and he was so happy too, we were there for the holidays so book in advance because they get full quickly.
Great Stay! Especially in our current times
I've stayed at this hotel for business purposes for almost 10 years and was able to go for pure pleasure this time. In our current times, you're never sure what you are going to get BUT the hotel & all staff were amazing (per usual)! Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and joyful to be around, it was certainly a nice change of scenery and we appreciate everyone's hard work so much. Everywhere felt clean and safe. Especially thank you to Charis at check-in, Gina at Tropics, and Delilah at David's. We can't wait to come back!
I love my stay
This Hotel was just so nice to have a family vacation in. I really enjoy my stay because it was so clean and I love the hotel design. I like how the Hotel had a bar, lazy river, and a huge pool. The parking was so secure I was not worried that something would happen to my car. I like how there was a spa area for visitors to enjoy and bonfires to sit and relax. The staff was helpful and kind, especially the ladies at the front desk. The bartender at the bar near the pool gave me a discount on food with my drink. The pool also had a hot tub and it was so nice to get in and clean not a lot of people were there. Overall I really enjoy my stay at this hotel and hope to book it again when I go to Orlando. It's worth the price and would like to stay longer next time.
Wonderful stay amid covid
We have stayed at multiple orlando/cocoa hotels during the pandemic. Hilton Orlando’s staff and safety are why we have been back 3 times! Yes, mask wearing on the guests part could be better, but the main issue (at all hotels we have stayed at) is people seem to think no masks are needed when traveling from their room to the pool or beach. This is a common sense issue- not Hilton’s problem. The kindness of the staff and their “we can pitch in and get through this” attitude helped make my family feel more upbeat and feel secure at the hotel. Thank you Hilton Orlando!!
