It’s the people that set this hotel apart.
This is a beautiful hotel, like most Hilton properties. It has an outstanding pool, transportation to the Disney theme parks and just about everything else you would expect. What really sets this hotel apart, as far as I am concerned, is the staff. Everyone from the valets, bellmen, receptionists, housekeeping staff, servers-you get the point. Friendly and responsive and helpful in every way imaginable. It was a great stay due in no small part to the top notch employees.
Spectacular customer service
This resort has the best lazy river in the Orlando area! Sherry Payne was very kind and helpful. Shaun was our server for a poolside lunch. He took great care of us, as did Naomi the next day. Everyone working at this Hilton provided great, friendly, customer service, from the minute we got out of our car, until we left. We will be back!
Mask Mandate Not Taken Seriously
Hotel very busy with a popular lazy river. Staff very nice and rooms are comfortable and quiet. Hilton is always stingy with late check outs for diamond and they are here too, even with many people checking out today. Biggest issue is a complete lack of enforcement of Orange County mask mandate in the hotel lobby. Every time I’d walk through, there would be people walking around or hanging out maskless and they weren’t eating. There are signs everywhere but perhaps a verbal reminder at check in and when issues are seen is warranted. I’ve stayed in many hotels since the pandemic began and most do a better job of this than this Hilton does.
Beautiful hotel very friendly staff
We stayed at Hilton Bonnet Creek for six nights. It was extremely clean and very relaxing. The rooms are very quiet as well as every place in the entire hotel. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. Every place we ate the servers were very friendly and helpful. The server Cesar in the Beeches Restaurant by the pool continuously went out of his way to see we had everything we needed at all time. He was very positive and always showed a happy to serve you attitude. There is a small shop with food and bakery items in the lobby. The Server Kim also would go out of her way to see we had everything we needed. She was very sweet and always friendly. She would go out of her way to help us as well. I couldn’t say enough about how great the pool and lazy River was. They also have a great water slide that my daughter loved. What an excellent hotel we will definitely be back again real soon.
One night stay was good.
We stayed one night on Hilton points the hotel was clean check-in was fast and easy this resort is geared more towards families then couples like us. We like to walk a lot at night in the walking trails were limited but if you looking for great family's vacation at Disney this would be a great place without Disney prices. We are DVC members and I spent a lot of time at Disney while our kids were young and we should have gone here instated of other Hiltons in the area.
