The hotel was nice and clean .I really enjoyed my time here and I think it’s a good value for the money that you spend at a actual Universal Studio Resort . Just walk or catch shuttle lol save some money

This is our second 2-months “Snowboarding “ stay at this excellent hotel. A culture of excellence in customer service is apparent from arrival till departure. All facilities are well-maintained and housekeeping is outstanding. Management and Staff are the best of the best and stand ready to help whenever needed. Our suite’s housekeeping was excellent and all housekeepers were alway professional and friendly — their smiles showed happiness in their jobs. We want to thank Marie ,Theresa and Lee (Supervisor) at the front desk for always being helpful. Thanks to Ketia (Housekeeping Manager) and her staff for excellence in keeping our suite clean everyday. Edwin (Maintenance) deserves our thanks for prompt service with a smile ! Congratulations and thanks to Carlos Sotillo (General Manager) for running a great hotel. Also thanks to Nikki Seecharan (Guest Services Manager) for all her help and excellent hospitality. Folks, you’re the Best Of The Best in this business. We look forward to seeing you again next year.

EXCELLENT hotel, stop looking and stay here, LOL. We booked this hotel as a package with Universal Studios, as it is one of their partner hotels. It had the best reviews we found, and for good reason. The hotel is very new, well appointed, extremely clean and well run. Everyone we encountered was very helpful and polite, but the mark of a great hotel is that you don't NEED to interact with staff. And we did not need to talk to anyone because we never had any problems. The breakfast was great, plentiful and on time. The pool area was clean and a bit small, but we never went there. The rooms are AMAZING. We had a full-sized fridge and a microwave, which are essential when we travel because we bring all our own food. The kitchenette was perfect, stocked with a few dishes and silverware. It also has a dishwashing machine, which is brilliant. There are many small things which just work really well. Example: each floor has an ice maker, the ice bucket is heavy duty, and the full-sized freezer is a perfect height to fit the bucket. So, not only do they have rooms which look great, they are actually VERY functional. There are also plenty of plugs (USB as well). There are tons of drawers and storage space; the couch makes into a bed that can be separated by a curtain (looks good, works great). ALSO... they are really big on being pet friendly and our dog loved the place. There are several grass patches outside, with 2-3 stations that have poop bags and little trash cans, so they make it very easy to walk your animal and also be a good citizen. Cannot say enough good things about this hotel, likely the best we have been to in 5 years or more. When we come back in a year to go to Disney, we will stay here again (or one of their other locations).

Don’t stay here if afraid of elevators

We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children and when we went to go to bed at 9.30pm we pulled out the sofa bed to realise no sheets or pillows and nothing in the room. We rang front desk and they said that will send some up. After 35 mins still no linen. I rang front desk again and was told they are on the way. Finally at 10.40pm they arrived with only 1 pillow. Very late to get children to sleep and not enough pillows. Also if you are afraid of elevators don’t stay at this hotel. We got stuck in one and every time we went in them they would jerk and bounce. There was also only 3 towels for 4 people checking in. The breakfast ladies are lovely and breakfast is great. Just disappointing about the other issues.

The room was big with lots of desk space and comfy sitting area. The kitchen is very good and with everything you will need. Hotel is very close to Universal resort. Employees were welcoming. The negative for me was the breakfast. No scramble eggs or omelette during my stay. Too many sweets. The mattress was extremely soft and unstable. Saggy in parts. I did not sleep well.
