Marriott's Cypress Harbour

I stayed here with my family for 5 nights during Spring Break. We came to the area specifically to visit Disney World for a couple days. It is about a 10-15 minute drive to Disney property from here. The hotel is absolutely immaculate. The landscaping, the rooms, and the facilities are all well maintained and very clean. The staff was very friendly too. The layout of the rooms is great for giving families space to spread out. We made use of the full kitchen, and laundry room. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. I enjoyed drinking my coffee or afternoon beverage out on the screened in balcony. My kids and I also rented a surrey bike one afternoon and had a blast pedaling that around the resort. I highly recommend this resort if you are coming to the area.

This is an awesome Marriott resort. My family has been to Orlando many times before and stayed at a lot of hotels. This is the first time I have tried a vacation club type property. This was the best value for a place to stay. Villas were huge and came with all the amenities. The villas are basically two bedroom full condos with full kitchens and laundry. You basically get an Airbnb rental at a hotel price and without the extra cleaning fees or worries about checking in and quality and you earn Marriott points. Everything was pleasant and easy. And in case you are asking, there is no sales pitch to sign up for a vacation club. The property has three pools to use, hot tubs, and plenty of activities to keep you busy. My only complaint, and it is a small one, is the pantry and bar in the main building closed very early, 8 PM I believe, and I wish they would have stayed open later for a quick drink after returning from the theme parks. I will definitely consider staying here again on another trip to Orlando.

This is an absolutely beautiful resort, and we had an amazing time!!! While I thought our two bedroom villa was a bit on the small side, it was was well equipped and there was plenty of dining and living room seating for the four of us. Our room was fairly close to the two main pools, and the view from our room was also nice. The pools were very enjoyable, and the mask police were largely absent. I know that not everyone will appreciate that comment, but having recently stayed at a resort in Vegas that required masks to be worn while IN THE POOL, we were thrilled by the relaxed atmosphere here...Staff was so very nice, and we would go back here in a minute!

The villas are very nicely laid out, taken care of and clean. Kitchen has everything you need. Balcony is so peaceful with a lakeside view. We could hear the evening live music at the nearby pool from 6-8. Many people enjoyed the evening music poolside with different performances each night. All were very good. -Rooms are not cleaned daily, but you can get fresh towels if needed. -Food offered at the cafe is very good. You order at the bar and sit outside, poolside, or inside bar area. Although food service is over too early at 9. There are no restaurants with waitstaff on property but many good restaurants very close by. -Fitness classes offered are great with different levels of difficulty available during the class. Great instructors! -Activities offered are all very good and plenty to do with your family. Everything in good repair and pools are very nice and perfect temperature! We loved it and will be going back for sure!

The Cypress Harbour resort is a great place to stay. The two bedroom units are very nicely laid out and the balconies are not on top of each other. The grounds are continuously manicured and the rooms are in very good shape. They have full size washers and driers in the units as well. The staff is very friendly. They also don't bug you to do a timeshare presentation. They asked us once and that was it. The only drawback was they allowed people to put towels on chairs by the pool to reserve their spots. We couldn't find two chairs one day and literally half the chairs were unoccupied with towels on them. People can be so inconsiderate and it puts the staff in a bad position. Otherwise it was a great stay and I would definitely return.
