Orbit One employees care about the disabled!
I have ALS, or what is commonly known as Lou Gehrig's Disease. Orbit One Resort did not have a disability unit available during our scheduled reservation time. Manager, Ashley, searched other Diamond Resorts that could provide everything that I needed for my disability. Ashley saved my family from losing their work vacation time! Ashley also made it possible for me to have my dream "Bucket List" vacation!! Thank you Ashley!!!!
Changed to a hotel
This was a very nice place to stay for owners of resorts but it has become a hotel. You are treated like you would at a holiday inn. When you only charge $100 a night you get all kinds of guest that stay a few nights are noisy and don’t treat the place like an owner. We had other rooms where people were smoking weed and drinking late into the night We had to call security multiple time’s. This resort has definitely changed how they do business. Make sure you where shoes as they do not scrub the floors but the rest of the room was clean. The grounds are kept up nice and there is plenty to do at the resort. I wish this place wouldn’t of changed to a hotel
Vacation
Excellent place to stay to enjoy a nice vacation. The apartment was clean and spacious. I recommend everyone to visit this place, it feels like being home. I will stay here on my next vacation to Florida. Love it
Best kept secret in Kissimmee.
Me and my family stay here at Orbit One at least once a month from October through May for 4 nights at a time and we are always amazed how clean the units are kept. The staff are always polite and accommodate to the best of there ability. Keep it up management team!
great vacation
Very nice accommodations, location, staff. Service was excellent and met our every request. Very enjoyable stay with grandchildren who loved all the amenities. The special activities/ events offered were exceptional. We enjoyed the Luau and meal/entertainment.
