Clean, comfortable room. Very spacious for our family of four. Excellent experience. Very convenient to Disney World as well as numerous shopping and dining nearby. Highy recommended. Will definitely stay there again.

I have been an elite member with Marriott for more than 20 years and I have always been well taken care of…not this time.
This hotel is grossly understaffed so simple things like checking in take an inordinate amount of time. But that’s not the main issue.
6/23 mold in the vents and in the shower, no bed in the bag for the pull out sofa bed , room had bad odor. I called and complained and asked for another room and was told hotel was fully booked.
6/24 no hot water, no elevator, no one answered the phone ever. I had to literally walk down to the front desk where one poor soul was inundated with dozens of people needing services. I was told no hot water until the next day!
6/25 called front desk in the morning, no answer. Went down to front desk, told no water till 4 or 5pm. Called Marriott and was told no other hotels can accommodate my family. Hotel called me to say they would refund me as of today if I wanted to go to another property. That doesn’t help with last minute bookings if none are available.
No TV guide. Have to scroll channels.
Hot tub had trash and refuse coming from the jets and skimmer.
6/27 due to understaffing, there is no maid service. You must do all of the room services yourself. I put 5 towels out in the hall as instructed expecting to have 5 replacements. No, I had to go to the front desk to get replacement towels. The girl manning the front desk asked if I called down for them. I replied that I called 4 times and no one answered.
If your booking in advance, look elsewhere!
Traveler be ware! Better Places to stay are out there, shop around.

We are Marriott Platinum Elite members and have supported this brand for many years, but Marriott profits over customer service has taken priority, and were totally dissappointed as to how run down, and understaffed this hotel has become. We have stayed there atleast 2 other times in the past 10 years.
Where do we start? Over 3-4 days (calling throughout the day) I could not get anyone at the hotel to answer the phone, only via text-chat. Based on our stays in th past, Booked a 5 night stay…our room had leaking kitchen sink, a plugged bathroom sink drain, dirty with cigarretts butts in swimming pool. I requested maintenance which were ignored the first day, and complained again on second day.
The “courtesey shuttle” to the parks its a joke! Its a “hot” rundown bus with Limited hours, limited seating..
We were served a “hot” bfast of the same scrambled eggs and pork sausage every day during our stay! Better yet, the day I decided to go for cereal, the milk was “spoiled” (expiration 7/19, it had been expired 4 days) I felt bad for my 4 year old to whom I had served cereal with that spoiled milk. Luckly she didnt get sick!
We are still waiting for the manager to return our call.
In summary, for the price paid, and overall value, as hard as it sounds, as a Marriott member, I say to you the smar traveler, until this hotels management gets its crap together, look elsewhere.

Showed up late for a small suite. Front desk professional, Salah at the front desk upgraded us to a one bedroom. No seats and some crumbs in the opened couch bed. Went to the front desk and asked for a blanket and sheet, Robert provided us with the bedding. 15$ per night automobile charge. Parking spots almost none at 1pm. Breakfast almost back. Nice ladies served breakfast with sausage patties and scrambled eggs. No bacon yet but white bread, yogurt, and cereal. Try not to sleep in rooms near I-4.
