An excelent option near the airport

Reviewed 30 june, 2022

The rooms are really comproftable and with space, like a little department, the kitchen is useful and a big size fridge. The bed and shower are nice. Altough the pool is small you can enjoy it and the spa tube outside. They offer the advantage to free ariport rides and free breakfast.

The worst customer service

Reviewed 14 april, 2022

The worst customer service 833979744 I was here for four nights. The first night the AC was not working and I could not sleep. Mike from Maintenance (who is wonderful btw) was here in my room for about 1 hour. On Saturday, my toilet literally started gushing out at 6:30 in the am. The entire bathroom floor was flooded. I called at that time and someone came at 7:00 (30 mins later) with old towels to dry the floor. He left and told me that someone from maintenance would come at some point... (really?, like when?) I left the room as I did not want to be in a flooded room (7:30am) mind you, I was out without a bathroom OR a room at 7:30 am on my vacation Saturday. That evening, I asked the front desk woman (Joyce) for a discount given the inconvenience. She told me she would ask her manager and call right back. 1 hour later she called and they offered $25.00 discount (WHAT kind of a joke is that). She said that her manager did not know what had happened and so suggested that I call the next day (I had told her I was leaving early the next day). At that time Joyce became extremely defensive and told me that I could take the $25 or leave. I told her I would give her advice for the next time: As a customer advocate, she needed to first understand what happened in order to speak to her manager. she literally hung up on me. n addition to improving their facilities, Mr Bismark who is the manager needs to train his people. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Good for one night stay

Reviewed 6 april, 2022

We arrived around in the late evening. The front desk area smelled of smoke. The hotel receptionist was okay but she wasn't overly friendly. The room was decent but better for a couple than for a family. The bedroom area is a bit small and cramped. The kitchen area is cute. The breakfast was okay. There was waffles, yogurt, muffins. It would have been nice if more fresh fruit could have been provided as only apples were available. For a night or a few nights stay this hotel is fine. We did not use the pool area of the gym. This hotel does provide free breakfast and free parking which was a bonus. Several hotels around this area charge for parking which personally I think is ridiculous. Also, this hotel is frequented by large buses (possibly tours or school sport teams) we saw a large coach bus in the parking area with many bags waiting by the front door area the next morning. Overall it was a decent stay. The hand sanitizer stations could be refilled more often. I only found one that actually had sanitizer in it.

Winter Road Trip

Reviewed 22 march, 2022

One night stay on our long drive home. Choosing hotels now seems to go off reviews. Hotel and surrounding area looks fairly new. I loved everything about this place, it makes some of the other stays seem a bit sketchy. We had a suite with 2 queen beds, TV in the sitting area and another one in the bedroom. Kitchen has utensils, cookware and dishes which we are finding is not always available in other hotels with kitchens. TV's had 60 channels that I loved. Didn't have to spend and hour clicking thru 1000 channels. We walked quite a bit around the area with our dog, nice path around the small lake. Would so definitely stay here again.

Perfect place to stay for travel layover

Friendly team always willing to assist. Nice pool and hot tub. Gym is quite small but isn’t bad. There is a washing room on site where you can wash and dry your clothes for free. Buffet breakfast is quite good but needs some more healthy options.
