Home away from home
My family is so sad to leave. This place is awesome. Staff is super friendly, there’s tons to do, our room was so nice and clean. The parking was easy The water park main pool is heated which is awesome They have an arcade in site that saved us on the cold days The restaurants has delicious food They were very accommodating when we decided to extend our stay I am recommending this place to every one I know and we will definitely come back Thank you the grove resort for an amazing stay
Not happy
Arrived to room after our early morning flight to find that two out of the three beds in the room had other people’s hair on the sheets (under the blanket). Disgusting. When I called and asked for a manager I was transferred to a voicemail box. I left a message and still nobody has gotten back to me. I can’t believe that a hotel like this doesn’t change their sheets in between guests. I am trying to call back to the front desk but it’s just ringing/on hold for 10 minutes already
Amazing stay
First time staying at resort, we came as a family of 6 and really enjoyed ourselves. The family decided after the first day that we will be back. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Beautiful resort On behalf of my family, thank you for a memorable weekend.
Wonderfull vacation
A great experience. It was clean, everything what you need was there, a washer, dryer, kitchen, 2 big bedrooms, 2 baths, shower, 3 televisions, towels, coffee and tea. We used the uber to go to Disney and that was very convenient.
