Definitely worth the stay. Very clean, spacious rooms with enough room to utilize the kitchenette for that multi-day stay. Excellent rec and pool area outside. Staff was polite and helpful with everything. Front desk person I spoke with was named Carmen I believe. Will definitely be staying again our next trip there. 👍 There is a restaurant there as well but our schedule was extremely busy during our stay to get to enjoy a meal there-

Good hotel. On business in Orlando til July. Bounced around a few places and finally found the Point. Breakfast quick and out the the door. A special thanks to Tiffany and the staff at the front desk for being accommodating, courteous and professional.
Customer service is combative.

After sitting in the hot tub for 40 minutes, when we got out, we realized that our skin was burning. When we looked close, we found that most of the hair from our legs and arms was missing and that that what was left was bleached. I looked it up and the chemicals have to be extremely. Out of whack for this to happen. My son had to limp from the pool to the bath tub because his groin was so raw. I decided to just inform the manager in private and... No apology. Just saying things like "we check it all the time and there's no problem" and "no one else has complained." I got kinda frustrated and said, "Hey, let's start over. Maybe you want to start with 'Sir, so sorry this happened' or 'thanks for letting us know.'" His response was, "I did apologize" (he had not) and, "I don't need to start over, I'm telling you our procedure..." I had to just hand the phone back to the desk clerk. What a terrible way of handling the situation. If this guy is running the hotel, it explains the lack of service, dirty rooms and lackluster experience. I was just rying to help, but having someone act like you're making something up is terrible managent. Avoid this place. The manager called me back and told me they shut down the hot tub. I told him I was sitting 40 feet from it and he went on a 3 minute screed about how he had no way of knowing if it was closed. He asked if we were OK, but then the whole conversation turned combative. Very strange way to deal with customers. I tried to help, but the manager seemed more interested in being dismissive than fixing anything. We are reporting this hotel to the health department.

Rude employee hiding on our floor screaming on the phone at 9:30 pm. Vacuuming hallways at 10 pm with a vacuum from the 1800s. Woke up the whole hallway. When we complained he lauged. Front desk acted as if we were a bother. We spilled something on the sheets and asked for the sheets to be changed they left sheets by the door. Apparently they are privately owned and dont care.

Here now and no other words to describe it other then absolutely disgusting. I was here about 4 years ago and it wasn't like this. The room smells, couch is beyond gross(asked for extra sheets to cover it), staff is terrible (of course no Manger on to talk too), everything is broken right down to the toilet paper holder. Will NEVER stay here again even if it was my last resort. Pictures speak for themselves, they were taken on 11/30/21. Currently look for other hotels because it's just so bad!!
