Great location but not clean and no service to room.

Rooms need to be thoroughly cleaned. I don't believe this has been done for some time. They indicate maid service every 4 days but this really does not happen. Supplies are not replenished and other than making the bed and dropping off towels they do not tidy the room. Ran out of things and phone call to desk leaves you on hold. When you are on a Disney trip the last thing you need is more on hold experiences. Marriott needs to step it up at this property.
Great Proximity, Better than Average, but not a lot of Disney Magic.

This is a nice hotel, it's very large too. Unfortunately, we were on the bottom floor and it took us probably 5 full minutes to walk to our room from the lobby. The proximity to the boats and buses to get to the parks was amazing. We enjoyed walking across the street to play putt putt. There are not the "Disney resort" refillable mugs here, but there is a fountain machine and coffee shop in the lobby. Some rooms have fireworks views of Epcot. We did have a few small bugs in our room, but I think that was mostly because we were on the bottom floor. I think this resort is great for families and definitely better than staying at one of the Moderate Disney resorts, but there's not as much theming. The staff was very helpful and there was a number to text if you needed anything, and they got us some toiletries were forgot at home!
Good Sheraton hotel near the parks!

This is a nice Sheraton hotel near the parks. Too bad we did not have time to stay more time in it. The rooms were big and the bed very confortable. The only thing that should impove is the cleaning of the bathrooms, I found a couple of hairs in it.
No service at all. Filthy rooms. But beautiful pools.

Beautiful grounds! Very nice clean pools but no life guard on duty. The reason for low rating is because we are currently staying here and it is impossible to contact the front desk!!! I think. The phones are literally original to the hotels …maybe that’s why nobody picks up when you call. They don’t turn over your room at all! This will be our 4th night here and nobody has changed our garbage or freshened our towels!!! They are supposed to provide coffee grounds but I’ve given up trying to contact anyone. The hotel stores are ridiculously overpriced. The balcony we upgraded to doesn’t even fit two chairs and the bars over it make it impossible to see a view. Wish we saved that little bit of money. The kicker and most disgusting thing is is my 4 yr old leaned against a wall in the room and got her HAIR FILLED with dust. I’m so disgusted. Yet I can’t find anyone to comment to.
Don’t expect Marriott-level service
Reviewed 3 january, 2022
For the 2nd time in 10 days, I am staying at a Marriott property where the service and amenities are not adequate for the costs and resort fees. Rooms are apparently not serviced daily except upon request (we were never informed of this) and despite requesting service on day 2, we found the room again unserviced on day 3. Adding insult to injury, they still charge the full resort fee. I requested towels and coffee, front desk was out and what I was told would be delivered never came. We were actually booked at another (non-Marriott) property and decided to change at the last minute (and higher price) to Dolphin because we expected Marriott-level service and because according to Booking website Fastpass+ was included. When we checked in we were informed that this was an out of date listing and that they no long include it (nor Genie+) for their guests. The front desk told us they could not help and that we would need to speak with guest services at Swan. After an hour someone finally was able to assist and they did comp the Genie+ service due to the misleading listing (which is still incorrect 2 days later).
