We stayed here while our daughter and her family stayed with friends on Disney property. The location was very convenient. We Ubered to the parks every day. We walked to Giordannos for a great dinner… next time will try El Patron. Didn’t need it but Wawa and Walgreens were right around the corner. Had Amazon food delivery but they delivered to the lobby of the “other” blue tree resort… which was a little confusing. The accommodations were perfect for what we needed. The facility was clean and very quiet. The front desk staff were all very nice and helpful. There was a little bit of a musty smell when we first turned the AC on. We arrived on Saturday afternoon.. Sunday morning we didn’t have hot water. I called the front desk and within 30 minutes the issue was rectified. I would definitely return. I think the one thing the facility is missing is some type of snack shack/bar at one of the pool areas. After long days at the parks it would have been nice to pick up something quick to eat without leaving the premises.

We stayed in a two bedroom unit. It had everything we needed, it was clean and comfortable. We have stayed here twice because of the location, a mile from the entrance to Disney Springs and about 9 miles to Universal. There is a Winn Dixie within walking distance, along with many restaurants.
The resort has 4 pools, shuffle board, activities, game room, fitness center. One of the best offers they have for us is they allow dogs with a cleaning fee of $170 (2020). The people are friendly and many guest have been there multiple times. It is a time share but you can go on Expedia and rent units for weekends or longer.
We stayed a week in February 2020

We booked through Travelocity and flew Delta to Orlando. Arrived after Midnight and stopped to get the key to the door. Instructed by helpful staff to "Building 14" with a room on the 3rd Floor.
So far, so good.
We parked the rental car and came to the realization that THERE WAS NO ELEVATOR IN THIS BUILDING! From the parking lot to the 3rd floor there are, get ready for it, 31 steps.
We enjoyed the room, the cleaning staff even used an English Translator to communicate to us. Lots of replacement towels, coffee, etc.. Bed was comfortable, quiet location.
But every day we had to descend 31 steps to the parking lot and at the end of the day, we had to climb 31 steps.
My only recommendation is that if you are older (I'm 69 and my wife is 63) you should be informed the room is a walk up before you purchase it.
I have not stayed in a hotel that did not have an elevator for 40 years. I won't be staying in this hotel ever again.
Vehicle was broken into, awful staff

Our vehicle was broken into during our stay. The resort staff were aware that they need better security. The even made jokes about how this will help them with management. Apparently we were not the only incident while staying there. They failed to mention this to us upon check in however. Our vehicle was parked conveniently where there were no security cameras. The resort did nothing to reimburse us or even try to make amends. We were told a manager would be contacting us. This never happened. I called several times to get a manager and only ever received his voicemail. Still 9 days after our stay has ended I haven't gotten any response from the resort. The security at this resort is simply people who ride around on golf carts not caring at all. We discovered the break in at 10 am after their "security guard" claimed to have already done 2 inspections of the property and never saw it. The maintenance staff come around to help us clean up the glass and 2 vacuums later they were able to get enough of the glass cleaned up for us to drive. However, they left the glass in the parking lot until the following day when someone finally cleaned it up fully. It ruined our plans for the day and the staff did very little to make us feel any better about staying at their resort. Stating that this type of thing happens all the time. The guard on duty did point out where the security cameras were located in case we wanted to park closer to them.
Check in/out staff didn't have a clue. Could not get their credit card machine to work after claiming we never paid the resort fees, which we did when we checked in and I had a receipt as proof.
Room was adequate. It's not amazing by any means but it was typical of a 3 star. The TV's were all newer flat screens. Both bathrooms were terrible. Tubs had been patched several times and were unclean. One shower head was broken and sprayed water all over myself and the bathroom. Kitchen worked fine and appeared to have been updated recently. All appliances worked.
Housekeeping is offered for a fee so you have to do all your own dishes, laundry, and trash removal. Which after seeing the quality of staff was fine for us.
Pool was the best feature. It was kept clean and seemed to be heated as stated.
Experience and staff was poor. Will not be staying at another Westgate Resort.
Front desk staff are the best!

This place was nice and I would stay again. It was very quiet and not many people so my teenage son (he didn't have a buddy with) was kind of bored. But there are lots of activities, for free. Mini golf, frisbee golf, small fitness center, inside activities, and more. There are 4 pools and all are very nice. One or two of the pools and a hot tub were closed off and I don't know why. That was a bummer. But the open pools are great and plenty of sun exposure on the pool decks. Our two bedroom unit was great as well. The young ladies attending the front desk were all super friendly and helpful with anything we asked. Location is good and I would recommend this place to others.
