Just a complete disappointment, service was non-existent. It was a complete nightmare. The staff was almost never at the front desk. When I went to the desk one morning a man came out and appeared to have been sleeping. He was not dressed in a professional manner at all!

THE WORST HOTEL WE HAVE EVER BEEN IN

OK, I'll shoulder some of the responsibility here for not having booked a room before we went to the ozarks for a couple of days. You know, the last minute, hey let's go somewhere for the weekend thing. Ya that's what lead us to trying to find a room in the middle of the night. So I called around and for some dumb reason, ended up at this majorly disgusting cesspool of a hotel. We have stayed at some " less than high end" places before, but this place is pretty bad. I paid 132.00 to stay in a room that was not clean, had bed linens that were not clean, a shower that had not been cleaned, a toilet that the seat was not on securely, and table tops that had crud left from previous guest. The beds were horribly hard and uncomfortable. Don't be fooled by their web site that shows the fresh painted, nice looking rooms. Maybe they have some at the property, I don't know. I can guarantee you that the scary dungeon we stayed in HAS NO FRESH ANYTHING. We will not ever stay in this place again. We should have slept in our car . My fault there. You people should be ashamed.

My husband and I stay here. The gentleman at check in extremely rude and we couldn't even understand him. Our room smelled of mold. The bathroom smelled worse. There was a drip of something on the wall that looked dried blood. And our sink was dirty, looked there was still something in it from the guest before us. One of the light bulbs were burned out in the bathroom. I hope we don't get sick from the stench. Breakfast was ridiculous. There was nothing to choose from and the area was dirty. This place is disgusting.

Lady at front desk was very rude. The toilet would not flush. The sign outside of the building had fallen off, which should have been a warning sign. The entire place smelled of Marijuana. The refrigerator did not work well.

The halls smelled foul. The rooms were dirty. The hotel was generally filthy. We couldn’t even stay here. It was too disgusting. The breakfast area was gross. The main bathroom in the lobby had no hand soap or towels to wash hands. The guest room had stains on the bedding. Dirt on floor and walls. There was even a bird in the “game room”
