I stayed this accommodation just for one night on my business trip near Ten-nouji station. The location is best for eating out. shopping food or any thing you want, as variety of shops and eating places can be found around the hotel. The room is very clean and neat with necessary equipment for stay and business. The staffs are very kind and polite at any time. The only thing I wanted was USB outlets for charging my gadgets. There are several electricity outlet but I couldn't find the one directly used for USB.

Very good service and clean Directly connected to Tennoji stations and cues mall, with drugs stores, Lawson. Lobby is big with restaurant Room is big and clean Will absolutely come back again for biz or leisure

A comfortable hotel

This is a nice hotel, which I think is probably aimed more at business travellers. Nevertheless, the room was reasonably large (compared to some other business hotels), and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I also walked to Dotonbori but it is a slightly long-ish walk but it's fine in general. It's also close to Tennoji station, so you can just as easily take the train there. I'd certainly recommend this hotel regardless of whether it's a business or holiday trip.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and had a good stay. The best thing about the hotel has to be its location, it is walking distance from Tennoji station, which is a major transport hub in Osaka. From the station you can easily access many train lines, including direct trains to Kansai airport or Kyoto. Across the street from the hotel you can also ride the tram, and airport limousine buses. Basically you'll be well covered transport wise. It's also convenient as the train station is connected directly to shopping malls and department stores with plenty of dining and shopping options, although the stores are decidedly more "local" and less upscale than in other shopping districts (Umeda, Namba or Shinsaibashi). The hotel building is not new, but rooms are of acceptable size and comfortable. We found the service very friendly and accommodating. Great base for exploring Osaka & its surroundings, recommended.

Really nice and value for money hotel.We stayed there 2 nights.Very convenient location next to JR station. It is a little bit difficult to find it as it’s reception is on the 3rd floor.If you are prepared for this,you won’t have any problems find it.Staff is very helpful and polite.The breakfast is ok.The only disadvantage is that the standard room is quite small.That’s normal for Japan but it has to be mentioned.Apart from this,we enjoyed really much our stay.Strongly recommended!
