This hotel is about 3-5 mins walk to Canal and 10-15 mins walk to the nearby Japan Rail. 24hrs convenience stall also about 5 mins walk. Full range of amenities provided (toothbrush, razor, comb,..). This hotel has onsen too. The walking streets are actually walking distance within the hotel (20-25 mins). Recommended to stay.

good location for sight-seeing and move.hotel is new ,the room is clean and comfortable. small SPA can free use,but the bath water is too hot for Summer . they offer buffer breakfast normally,but becasue of COVID they changed it to morning set. morning set is japaness style the taste is fine but same every day, and not offer bread。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。

We were there for just one night. The hotel is a good place to be based when staying in Otaru - clean, centrally located (within walking distance to the canal and the seafood markets), friendly service. There is also an onsen, which is fine.

Room is nice and comfortable. Location is near the Otaru Canal too. Those who are driving, parking is chargeable at 1500 yen a night and you have to drive out once you check-out of the hotel that is by 11am. The have small pantry so that you can do your own laundry. Microwave and vending machine is also available at the pantry.

Unlike other reviewers, our room for 3 was tiny with really nowhere to put our luggage. Hotel is modern and bathroom was fine but we were very glad ours was a one night visit. The breakfast was good. They charge extra for parking. We liked this the least of the four hotels we stayed in in Hokkaido. The hotel’s location is pretty good and the staff friendly.
