Este Hotel tiene pocas habitaciones pero están muy bien decoradas, gusto en los detalles y excelente calidad-precio, muy buen restaurante también en el pub que tienen abajo. La bañera color bronce y el gran espejo de la habitacion 3 son muy bonitos.

Loved the pub but not the hotel

We stayed here for a couple of nights in January. We felt that the rooms were pricey for what they are. The down sides were the constant noise from the traffic, the bright street lights filtering either side of the black out blinds, the room itself was v dark. Doing hair and make up in front of mirror in ambient light was a challenge - There was a bright light in bathroom though but can’t take hair dryer in there. The cushioned head board made watching tv difficult as we got a crick in the neck. On the plus side, the bed was comfy, the staff were excellent, the coffee in the room was great, the tv was huge and the pub food was excellent. Loved the pub! And as you will see from my review of pub it got 5 stars.

Stopped overnight at the Fox & Coney whilst walking the Yorkshire Wolds Way. Check-in was simply made at the bar, the room was modern and clean and housed in a separate block attached to the Inn very near to the beer garden although we heard no noise. The shower was great, the TV was enormous but best of all breakfast was the best of the trip ( optional but well worth it!) The very helpful Tom - the member of staff that morning is worth a particular mention. Thank you for a great stay.

Booked a king size deluxe room for a birthday celebration, the hotel was advised about this on booking. Arrived to find that the room was not as I would class as deluxe. See photos of walls The toilet seat was broken The room was extremely hot and yes a fan had been provided but it was so noisy it was impossible to sleep with it on The room was on a busy road. Smart tv out smarted both of us and there were no instructions Towels were grubby white Nice toiletries provided After an issue with our restaurant booking we decided not to stay for the breakfast which was not included in the room rate

Top rooms, top food and top staff

We were walking the Wolds Way and this was our second night. The rooms were excellent, a very high standard and the best we stayed in. The food was varied with a little bit of difference - scallops with black pudding as a starter - and it worked well on a bed of curried parsnip. All four of us thoroughly enjoyed the meal. The staff were something apart again, very efficient but so friendly and warm. It is a place worth returning to.
