Outdated, tired and worn out,
Broken hairdryer, missing smoke detector, no blanket on the bed... but if you want a 1980’s style jet tub inside your sleeping area, this is the hotel for you. This hotel offers only convenience, and nothing else. I should Have adjusted my expectations when I arrived To see a pest control van parked outside the front entrance.
Satisfactory
This Wyndham did not seem as clean as at others in the chain. Not all pandemic protocols were used at check-in and check-out. Breakfast was lovely and well-sanitized; COVID standards were observed in that area. Fine WiFi, Internet and TV.
Rundown & dirty
Stayed for a college visit, wish I didn't First room had dark stains on multiple towels, broken door lock, no pictures on walls just hooks. Asked for new room, this one had full trash can, shampoo bottles on bathroom floor, towels still sketchy, found 2 black hairs in my bed sheets. In the morning I watched staff family/friends show up for breakfast, which I didn't touch, sad display, and overheard them talk about using the pool. Back entrance door key lock broke, staff prop with a rock when they go smoke. Someone keeps toys there for their kid. Not professional at all.
Clean, Inviting, nice soft bed,I felt right at home
I am so happy with my choice to stay at baymont inn. The general manager her name was Desirae she was very kind she was busy but still found the time to walk me to my room and show me exactly how to use my door card I have trouble with those she went out of the way to make sure I was comfortable. House keeping greeted me and told me if I needed extra towels or any thing just to tell them I enjoyed the nice soft bed and had a very restful stay. Thank you I will return and spread the word..thank you viola jones
Close to Miami University
Staff was pleasant and helpful. Was pleased to see breakfast being served. Nice variety. Very quiet, not many people in town over this weekend. Not even 5 minutes away from my daughters dorm which was very nice. Hotel could use updates. Looks as if they are working on projects currently. I had a Kind size suite with a jacuzzi hot tub. Very clean and spacious room. Pool was open and look inviting through the window. It is nice to see the hotel improving. We will be back in May for Miami Graduation!
