Pathetic Service
Receptionist was rude and does not understand or speak English. You have to bribe management for an early checkin even when rooms were available,otherwise wait in the lobby till 2 PM.Lobby had no restrooms /drinking water facility. No breakfast was given on first day!! Room had no lights. APK resort has 3 hotels, APK resort is particularly very bad, very small swimming pool. Not recommended.
AVERAGE HOTEL
The Hotel is centrally located. Rooms are clean and fine. One can have sound sleep here. The hotel staffs hardly speaks english. SEVEN ELLEVEN is near which is beneficial for the tourists. Breakfast of the hotel is healthy and good.
Worst Service
The Telephone was not working. During our Stay the passage light was not working at night. Receptionist was very rude and she doesnt speak and understand English properly. Initially water in the bathtub comes in brown colour
Holiday visit
Ok, since it's my third visit to Thailand I had some better examples to compare this hotel to. Reception understanding of english - zero. If you want to book in early you have to bribe staff. Safe box in the room (deluxe btw) is broken. The room have a hot whirlpool on the balcony, but it looks like its wasn't cleaned for several years. The water in bathroom is flooding every time you have bath. Then we book this hotel, we specifically looked for a place in quite neighborhood, on the 8th day turns out there is a night market across the street, so we have to listen to great Thai live singers for all night long (turned out, you can't call the police for loud noises during the night). But this can't be put on the hotel, just FYI. Our bed-cloths and bathroom towels have literally poo stains on it :) literally! But, at least, staff change it every day (towels, for bed I'm not sure). Anyway, think twice before booking these hotel.

- Reception: Poor - Language ease: Zero - You will recheck if you really are in Phuket hotel or some distant village - Room: Very average - Facilities/hospitality: Non existent - Room Service: Don't even think about it - Infrastructure: Old - Staff: Not helpful Forget about welcome, the room has a laminated list of fines/penalties if you broke an item - A first for me! The staff is very poor in communication and not courteous at all. After reaching your room, i bet you will think more than twice to change your hotel. Might as well, book another place now. Only good part - its restaurant - for dinner.
