We booked this hotel at end moment (27th January evening) for 3 nights (27th-30th Jan) via the trip advisor which took us to their hotel website to give us a booking confirmation and reached the hotel at about 20:05 hours. After waiting for nearly 15 mins the reception team (Lady named Benz and one trainee boy) said that Sorry there has been a glitch in their website and are fully booked saying there are no rooms available in the hotel. After requesting again to check because we have a confirmation email, she made me speak to some reservation lady on phone (named displayed as Veeba) who was extremely arrogant and rudely said that the booking is cancelled and we have no rooms, you can go elsewhere. To which we said them that we have an email confirmation from hotel and is showing confirmed on TripAdvisor too. We requested to accomodate us in another hotel and that where will we go at this hour with 3 big bags !! She again rudely replied on phone that the booking is cancelled and the money is not charged yet, so you can go out. That is when almost after 45 mins, I told them that I would call the Police to intervene about their fraud.. and voila they scrambled and managed to miraculously offer me one room for one night only. This room was a small corner room at the very end of the corridor after a turn which we accepted as we had no energies left to fight anymore. This room (no. 108) was in extreme end, totally disconnected from other rooms, scary debris filled land outside the window, had no telephone, was tiny compared to other rooms of similar category on that floor and had water leaking out of the bathroom almost the entire night !!

By far this was the worst hotel experience ever faced till date with 4 star hotel with pathetic experience. To be honest hotel if near by to patong beach,Night market,Bangla road which is good however when you compare the service and expectations is below avaerage. Breakfast Buffet-Served from 7 am to 10 am and we decided to walk in at 8 am and we found out food has been over and seems they were not refilling it which was bizzare. Housekeeping-3 days in row our rooms were not cleaned even with “Make my room” tag,Had to call each and every time for bottle water,Toilet tissue,Bath towels and refill for tea and coffee.Seems they were not bothered to do so. Bar- located on rooftop with pool and beautiful view overlooking,Bar staff were friendly and courteous. Its great hotel and majority of tourist attractions near by however managment needs to step up and streamline operations.

The rooms are actually lovely - some with views and some without. Mine did not have a view but the room had all the facilities that I needed from a hair dryer to coffee to air con which was great. The bed was comfy although the quilt was damp and the room had a musky smell to it. The room was cleaned everyday, and really have no complaints. Breakfast is a different story all together. Very disorganised. Please make your own judgement - I went elsewhere for my breakfast. Hotel is in a good location - it takes around 20 minutes to get to the main walking street or beach via foot or you can take a tuk tuk for 200baht or a motorbike taxi for 50baht. Price of staying in this 4 star was good for the area and compared to other hotels. The pool bar is ok, pool is small but with a good view and sun beds very limited.

Located close to market and other walk arounds. Free Wi-Fi is available and speed is decent. Staff is helpful, except for a couple of them who were not. Buffet Break-fast is Ok and if you are vegetarian options are very limited.

Hotel was a little bit outide the buisy city centre. Staff was nice and polite. Room was nice and decent. bed was softer than standard bed in Thiland. Did not the the breakast. Gym was small. Only a few equipment. 7/11 closeby. maybe 15 minute walk to bangla Road. Did not use the rooftop or pool area. Could ctay for 1 night again. Would not spend longer time.
