The friendly staff, a huge pool and the spacious room were in the pro sides of my stay here. Yet I missed a good level of cleaniness in the room and of the towels. Breakfast was tiny and had to be ordered in advance. A leaking tube in the bathroom never got fixed. And the equipment of the room was rather basic... I missed cups, glasses, a reading light at the desk etc.

Hotel is located in Patong area, with sea view. We stayed in 2 bedroom pool villa. Separated living space from 2 bedrooms. Bedroom is so spacious with high ceiling and big wondow. Clean. I love to sit next to infinity egde pool seeing patong bay. There is only 1 TV in the living room. Since bedroom is so spacious, better have sofa to make to room not so empty. Better have more garbage bin in the room. Staffs are very friendly, kind, helpful, have serviced mind. Feel very impressed.

Amazing resort, fantastic staff and great location!!

We have just come home from a holiday that was so special we wish we didn't have to leave. We stayed 7 nights here in a Deluxe Seaview room on the 4th floor. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with such warmth, the room was spacious and had a fantastic view! Air conditioning was excellent as it was always so hot outside which we loved anyway. The bed was lovely and big! More on the harder side for a mattress but we always had a great sleep. Bathroom - we had a nice big shower with a rain shower head.. So good! And good pressure. Our room had breakfast included and we were more then happy with the variety of food on offer each day, was great to have the option of trying traditional Thai dishes as well as the usual western food. There is a shuttle that the resort runs every couple of hours that takes you for free to the nearby jungceylon shopping mall or Patong beach and pick up from those stops back to the resort also. They reccomended booking at least an hour before the time you wish to leave to avoid any over booking issues. If you are fairly fit, walking to and from the town is definitely enjoyable as you get to soak in all the culture. Just note it is on a hill so it's not an overly easy walk if you don't walk often. Loads of good massage places through the streets just down from the resort also! We loved making the most of these. There is also a great night market full of Thailands authentic street food 5 mins walk from the resort.. You can't miss it! Definitely check this out if you want some tasty and cheap eats! We were lucky at times we went to walk down to the mall one of the Conceirges offered to drive us to the bottom of the hill to the entrance and we were grateful for that kindness. Happy hour is each day at the pool bar from 4pm to 6pm - they usually ring a bell to let everyone know. And the drinks are great! Buy one get one free for some yummy cocktails you can't go wrong! Pool is pretty big with a lovely view.. it hardly had anyone in it the whole time we stayed. But it's definitely nice and clean and refreshing! Overall we had the most amazing time here on our 1 year wedding anniversary, we cannot thank the staff enough for such a fantastic and memorable time! We will definitely be back! :)

Nice quiet hotel , but be ready to pay extra for everything:)

We liked Sences from the first moment . Having a bad experience with our previous hotel we decided to see the room prior booking. The staff showed to us a requested room and even offered a better price than was stated on a chosen booking platform. We were welcomed with a smile, drink and a wet towels :) The room overlooked the pool was spacious and clean. Daily service always replaced drinking water and shower amenities. Air conditioning has a good adjustment system, you may set it up to you temperature standards. The breakfast was included in a room rate, but it was not up to European standards. They have some choice of bread, yoghurts, fruits, eggs, but majority of the food was Tai and looking very Tai. Basically I had eggs or a tomato sandwich for my breakfast. Coffee was OK. The best in this hotel is its staff. Extremely friendly and lovely. All, without exception. Thank you guys, you made us feel like at home:). The prices in the hotel bar are pricey:) 1 draft beer and one nonalcoholic cocktail costs us 398 baths. Therefore it has very rare customers. Pool has some water splashes and other functionality, but all for extra charge. Own drinks were not allowed at pool. Music, sun chairs and pool towels were available all the time. Kids room Smile was close for maintenance , but there were no any signs of maintenance until 29th of February. Hotel has also a tiny gym and a kids pool. There are many restaurants, 7-Eleven and other small shops around, the huge shopping center is around 20 min walking distance. The hotel is good for the price we have paid. However it is not very suitable for the elderly people or families with a small kids. Pretty tiring access. We had a rental car, but few times went for the walk and the way bag up to the hill was not the easiest. The hotel has buggy, but only once we we’re lucky to get this service. PS please note there is a steel construction site next to the hotel, which was a bit noisy time to time , but never before 9 a.m. :)

What can I say words are not enough. Been to Phuket 5 times now. We always look for top hotels this time we thought we would try the senses. So glad we did we were looked after like royalty. The rooms were immaculate, as were the grounds pool dining area everything. The staff were wonderful Tan the chef went above and beyond for us being vegan and would make anything for us and more so was happy to do so. The boys on the concierge took us up and down the hill from the lobby as many times as we wanted always with a smile on their faces. One day the buggy was busy and I had hot food the guard took me to the lobby on his personal motorcycle. You can’t ask for better service than that. All the staff even the cleaners went out of there way to make your stay as magical as possible we have not one bad thing to say. The villas are stunning. Widuth Hemmakoth (Mix) the resort manager was amazing he was very hands on making sure all guests enjoyed their stay. This is what you expect from a great manager but don’t often see. Mix from myself my husband and our son thank you so very much for making this a wonderful holiday. We will be back next year Maxine.
