Room was nice but the internet was terrible
The Internet goes on and off all the time. The owner tried to resolve without success. Sent him a message via FB messenger but no reply. He was hardly ever there and none of the other staff speak any English so difficult to ask any questions. The shower sprays everywhere - needs a screen or curtain.
Great stuff
Stayed here for 6 nights in Feb 2017 as part of a grand tour of Thailand. Ok location to get around town. Up a side street. No lift so when we got there had to get bags up narrow staircase. Room was nice. Flat screen, Small fridge and small balcony with a bit of sunshine. Quiet at night so got a good sleep. Would book again.

2nd visit and have already booked the third. Bovy is a superstar. great little hotel in a hood location and super clean. it all works. god for the centre and restaurants all round. bar area in walking distance easy
Away from the crazy area of patong
The staff, as well as the owner, were always friendly, although the owner does like to sleep in. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet if you have a room away from the street. Its about 15minutes walk to Bangla Road and there are cheap restaurants nearby. I extended my stay here which says it all :)
Clean and tidy room at a great price
We spent 2 nights in this hotel, very close to Patong center and beach area. The room was very clean and of decent size. As it is quite busy, it might get noisy but we were expecting this prior to arrival. A 1000 baht or a passport was a necessary form of deposit, which was not chocking. Friendly staff, very helpful. Good stay.
