Great hotel with at a perfect location, friendly staff members, very spacious, clean room and super comfy beds!

Fantastic hotel at a perfect location! Nearby the centre where everything happens but at the hotel you can’t notice! The swimming pool is smaller then it looks on the photo but we didn’t mind. Spacious room, a very comfy bed and a great breakfast! Staff members are very nice. We really recommend this hotel.

Overall, staff were accommodating to our requests like complimentary water bottles each day & late check-out at 1pm. The room, pool area & lobby was well-maintained. A 10-15 mins walking distance from Patong but I didn't mind as I could explore the different stores in the neighbourhood. Woovo could improve on providing shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toothbrush & toothpaste. Thank you for such a great memory.

Great Budget Stay!

Booked this hotel for roughly $40AUD per night shared between three people. Very clean hotel and polite hotel staff. This is a place for the budget-conscious so it's definitely not a hotel with all the bells and whistles for a luxury stay, but it's simple, clean and in a great location - no room service, but there's a small pool and gym. Beds are a little soft so keep that in mind if you prefer a harder mattress. Close to a number of popular restaurants including Briley Chicken Rice, No.6 and No.9. Woovo Hotel does not allow you to bring in food and drink from outside, and you get penalised 2000THB if caught. Would highly consider this hotel again when staying in Phuket if travelling on a budget. TIP: To avoid touting from the massage parlours on the only street leaving the hotel, we did the following: when leaving the lobby, turn left, then left again. You'll see a flight of steps heading towards a footpath. Go up these stairs, then turn left and walk down roughly 100m. You'll pass the back of some businesses, a few houses and what looks like an abandoned warehouse. This will lead you right to the main street right next to the Novotel.

Staff is incredibly nice and helpful, even let use towels after we checked out. Nice and clean hotel, ok breakfast, good pool and very comfortable beds. Walking distance from Patong and the party street

We spend 10 day of our holidays in this new hotel and we are definitely satisfied!! The price was something around 100€/night for 3 persons in the room. Cleanless is the basic point. Friendly staff. Receptionists speaking at least English and Russian. Upon check in they asked a deposit of 100€ that will be returned on check out. Breakfast was basically European type with a lot of choices. There are a normal swimming pool that you can join bit you should prefer midday hours (otherwise the sun doesn't hit them). At reception you can ask to store your luggage on check out for free. Really recommended!!!
