The hotel overall is good ! Beware this is next to the strip so you will get some noise , the rooms had quadruple glazing however you can hear it still , personally didn’t bother me at all but some people it might.
We had a room with a hot tub and it took forever to fill up , wish I hadn’t of paid the extra for it if I’m honest as in the end it wasn’t worth it.
The breakfast at the hotel was nice and the rooftop pool was also really nice and cocktails were amazing ! My personal faves - strawberry mojito or get the colada served in a pineapple cocktail !
It’s a nice hotel not sure I would go as far as saying it’s in the top 10% hotels of the world but all in all enjoyed my stay .
Mixed bag but disappointed overall. Could do so much better.

This should have been better and definitely could be better with some effort.
First things first was no one mentions the construction going on so women up each morning by loud banging and machines. Our adult kids room as filled with the smell of the kitchen constantly which is off putting .
Then their is the miss-selling of the rooms and not being clear on what room offers what. We were happy with the room with the balcony but not the room with the hot tub. No balcony, no light, just more floor space and a large spa Bath for a lot more money so not good value for money at all. Poor design on lighting has not catered for the needs of women who want to get ready and apply make up and do hair. There’s a fine line between seediness and elegance, this slightly falls into a seedy look!!
The rooms were however very clean and the bed very comfortable , robes and towels lush too but bathroom products cheap !!
I only found a few members of staff nice and helpful and they tended to be the Asian staff and Johann up by the pool who was very helpful. The rest just looked miserable to be frank.
They are trying to appeal to the young and vibrant and have it as a party hotel. Big mistake in my opinion but that’s their choice.
No steps to get in an out of the pool makes it difficult for anyone with hip, knee or foot problems to get in an out. A simple set of pool steps would solve this. I actually fell trying to sit down as I am sporting a broken foot and a dodgy hip joint . I’m 50 and not overweight either!
The reception area doesn’t feel friendly at all and no smiles from staff or hellos as you come and go. Looks like a counter for a bank. That’s where the similarity ends becAuse if you try to understand your invoice at the end abs how they are billing you, good luck. You cannot get one a4 sheet of paper with everything you handed over such as your 50 euro per night deposit , balanced off against your bar bill. Nope they do a very complicated system and until I see my next credit card bill will not be sure they got it right. So my last 15 mins of my stay in the hotel was very very frustrating. If I was a business traveller I would be struggling with my invoice for work expenses claims as they are simply not doing it properly!!
The pool looked cloudy most days due to sun lotion no doubt and hubby has come away with an ear infection from it.
The food was very good I do have to say that but everywhere on the island is very expensive now. Cheapest thing is taxis .
All in all I had high hopes but came away quite disappointed . I would next time be booking the intercontinental or radisson blu if I’m honest . I know the quality of both of those establishments.

You arrive no explanation of the room what you pay for etc, water coffee, tea should be included, no T. V reception you cannot use the pool most of the time has v. I. P guests pay a day rate and don't swim but I stay and other rubbish so we pay for the lido across the road, breakfast is OK but everything is cold beans, bacon well everything so tomorrow we are going out for breakfast would not recommend and we've got 5 days left

We stayed here for 9 nights. The hotel is very modern and our room was lovely. One negative is that everything is so dark including the corridors. we went to the indoor pool and you could not even see how deep it was, we informed the staff and they said it was hotel policy that it is this dark. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a good choice, the staff at breakfast we’re always polite and helpful and a big mention for Dennis at the Infinity pool who was very helpful and friendly. We had a great time
A must for couples

We loved this hotel. It’s very modern, speak and clean. The reception desk are great, very helpful and the cleaning service is second to none. We stayed above the strip and didn’t hear any noise at night when the windows were closed. The night time security were lovely, chatting with us. I would definitely return.
Bear in mind there is a deposit per person per night. So you may want to factor that in as we weren’t expecting €350 on arrival.
