- bathroom and espacially toilet were not clean - from the AC the room was filled with an awkward smell - hotel is located outside of Pai town (you need a motorbike to get to Pai town) - promised features were not in place (no hair dryer, no nearby shops and food, ...) After the first night we got an upgrade. The host was nice. The room was bigger, but unfortunately the bathroom was in the same condition and there was again an awkward smell from the AC in the room. In addition, we only had cold water in the shower. Unfortunately, not recommended.

I got the last room #72 at the very bottom of the resort, so may be I was unlucky. Breakfast included sliced bread with jam, possibly butter, and the usual coffee/tea in sachets. I only ever saw one staff doing everything incl reception when she was around… Nothing shocking, ok with families who can use the small pool. Please note it’s about 2 km out of town. For solo travellers you will do a lot better in town. I ended up paying a total of THB767 on Agoda for a Saturday night in a very basic room. See photos.

Nice and basic room to stopover for a night. Very friendly and accommodating owner Rooms came with balcony. Nice pool and scenery. Free parking was provided. Very relaxed environment. Coffee and tea provided.

My friend and I have stayed here for 3 nights which were great! The hotel owner is a kind guy who really cares about his guests. He wouldn’t let us rent his motorbike because he thought it’s to old for us girls, so he brought us to the town where we could rent a new bike. Every night when we came back to the hotel he checked who’s coming in and if we were okay. The last day he gave us a free ride to the busstation! The hotel is located in a beautiful area just outside town. The hotelroom is very clean and you have enough space. We really liked staying here, especially for this price!

although slightly further from pai than we originally planned to stay, we booked one night but end up staying here for an extra 5 nights. first room had a few mosquitos in so they upgraded us to a nicer room, no extra charge. Facilities here were fantastic, nice clean pool with loungers and umbrellas available, also free gym with sauna. great wifi and opposite a nice place for coffee or food. all rooms have fridges ao its great for freezing your water bottles before heading out into the hot sun for the day
