Functional and central hotel
This hotel is pleasant and clean but very functional... it's the kind of place for people to stay on business trips rather than tourists. Because I was travelling on a budget it was good value, and I appreciated being able to cook my own meal in the hotel's small kitchen. You can buy snacks from vending machines or order a pizza instead of room service.
Lovely hotel and great food
Stayed for one night evening meal and breakfast as part of a coach group en route to Portugal. Buffet style dining, great choices at breakfast. Room 428 was to a high standard. Bar prices very reasonable. Deserves its four star rating.
A dormitory style hotel
At first, this hotel seems an upscale dormitory rather, than a hotel. The room is just all right, with nothing particularly bad or impressive. In my opinion, the owners should pay some attention to the level of quietness while closing doors. At night, the loud shutting sound can be quite disturbing. The location is perfect for a city sightseeing trip, just 5 minutes from the Plaza Mayor, and not more from the train and bus stations.
Ruido por falta de Recepción
El horario de atención presencial en recepción es de 09:00 a 20:30 h. En caso de llegar más tarde, serás atendido telemáticamente. Esto que indican en su web supone que sea imposible descansar, la gente que viene en grupo habla por los pasillos y zonas comunes como si fuese su propia casa.
Un poco triste
La habitación un poco justa, el baño pequeño con cortina de baño en la bañera y sin secador. A finales de Enero con 1 grado en la calle con la ventana abierta porque hacia un calor horrible dentro, deseando estábamos de salir. Y luego la recepción desde las 8 de la tarde no hay nadie hasta las 9 de la mañana..La chica de recepción muy maja
