Nice new hotel!
Not sure how new/old this place is, but it looked pretty new to us. It was a nice place and the hotel rooms were pretty perfect in our books. Unfortunately we were only here for one night and didn't really use any facility. Got complimentary breakfast but the folks at the front desk has to hand you the breakfast item you order right there and then - so that was a little odd, but it was okay. Would recommend staying here!
This is what I expect from Marriott
What a difference three months makes. My prior review of this property was not pleasant to write and not pleasant for the management to read. They did respond and I promised to give this Residence Inn another try. I am glad I did. This stay was everything I have come to expect from Marriott, and I do have high expectations. The room was as promised, ready on arrival. The staff of the hotel was welcoming and helpful. And fortunately we did not need help with much since everything was done right at the outset. The website listing problems no longer exist, the little details have been attended to. Even the offering of fruit and packaged bakery items in the morning was a most pleasant surprise in COVID times. I can happily report we have found our "home away from home" during our regular visits to Palm Beach Gardens.
Comfortable Vibe and Excellent Service
I’ve stayed at a lot of Marriotts as a titanium member. This is by far one of my best experiences in hospitality during this pandemic. The Hotel is EXTREMELY clean, and the energy when you walk through the door is peaceful! I would like to acknowledge Burt and Ebony for Excellent Customer Service! Great week
Just spent a week here. The room was spotless upon arrival. All employees wearing masks and the public areas were very clean. Stayed in a king 1 bedroom, comfortable room with plenty of space to spread out. My only recommdation would be another chair in the living room to relax on. Would definitely stay again
Fabulous Stay
This hotel is just fabulous. My husband kept saying this is the best Residence we’ve stayed in having stayed in two in Miami and one in Fort Lauderdale over the past two years. The room was fresh and clean. We had some miscommunications with service but it is COVID-19 era so patience is a must with that but anything we asked for was always provided. The staff are very professional, helpful and genuine. We especially had a great rapport with Eboni. I would definitely recommend it for families after our two week stay and would stay again.
