Love the restaurant by the pool and the indoor bar at sunset! An opportunity that is one of a kind. If you visit Aruba on a regular basis, don’t miss this! Food, beverage and service are all excellent, every time! Many associates have been on location for years.

Great accommodations! Entire staff were amazing. Food on the beach was better than some of the high end restaurants in the area. Beach service was the best I have ever had!Rooms were spacious and clean. Rino and the casino staff were incredible, would highly recommend!!
Best resort ever!!

Excellent place to stay. Service is 10 out of 10. From the moment you step foot on the beach with the towel and chair service and sunscreen available at your fingertips to the turn down service and champagne greeting when you check in. This resort exceeds your expectations! This was a birthday trip and the concierge Vaya made our trip unforgettable. Her recommendations and help getting last min reservations for excursions and restaurants made our trip amazing! She offered the best customer experience you could ever get. The amazing service doesn’t stop there… I got stung by something in the water on one of our beach days and the beach attendant Fendel tended to me right away got me vinegar and hand picked aloe. He kept coming back to check on me, without him the day would of been ruined! Again nothing but the best service. I highly recommend this resort and would most definitely return!!
Wonderful week away

This resort (and island) was exactly what we needed in a vacation. The resort itself is beautiful. Every room has at least a partial ocean view. We watched the sun set every night from our balcony or the outdoor bar. The rooms are large and the bed was very comfortable. Oddly, the mini fridge wasn’t stocked which may be a Covid precaution. We ran by the mini mart and stocked it ourselves - no problem. The beach and two pools (one adults only and one for everyone) had plenty of space and great staff to set up chairs and bring drinks and food around. Gregory was our server at the pool most days and I can’t say enough about his friendly service and attention to detail. He was wonderful. The beach restaurant had great options and very large portions. We had breakfast at the buffet each morning and it was very nice. The service again was fantastic. We never waited for anything. There is an omelette station, fresh waffles, fruit, etc. Very American breakfast options. BLT is the steakhouse and was very nice. The guys at the bar are fun and having a good time. The center bar, just off the lobby, has sushi and great drinks. I have to highlight Cornel in particular. He made our evening a few times with his smile and desire to make sure we were having a perfect evening. I honestly don’t have anything negative to say about our nine nights. This resort is beautiful with a perfectly trained staff. You will enjoy your time!

The room was a disappointment. The tiles on the bathroom floor were cracked, one square had been pieced back together and glued. The sitting chair was extremely dirty with multiple stains on it, so bad that we chose not to sit on it. Check-in took much longer than usual, compared to other hotel stays. Approximately half an hour into our stay, we received a call from the person that had checked us in, requesting that I take a photo of my club card with my phone and email it to him as the numbers he wrote must have been wrong. This has never happened before. We also informed the person checking us in, that this was our thirty- fifth wedding anniversary, (after he had asked if this stay was for a special occasion). We thought maybe the hotel was going to send a small bottle of champagne or other small token to the room like other hotels do. Not sure why it was necessary for him to ask this question. At check-in we were told our room would be on the second floor. Then we were told that there was another room available on the fifth floor if we wanted to be higher. The third choice offered, was to upgrade for $250.00 a night to a larger suite. We chose the fifth floor room, thinking the view would be better. We didn't bring the room conditions to the attention of management, but did mention the poor conditions on the hotel's survey request that we received after our stay. We never heard back from a Ritz Carlton representative, it's been one month since we completed the survey. Other than the poor condition of the room , this stay was very enjoyable. The view from the room was spectacular. the hotel overall and the grounds are beautiful. The pool and beach are delightful. The entire hotel staff was wonderful. We chose this hotel based on the five star rating, the reputation of the hotel name, and the multiple recommendations from friends that stay there. Not the room we expected from a five star hotel.
