Breakfast was tasty with an omelet made to order. Good thing they had all you can drink coffee because I slept terribly due to the noise from the room above and the garbage trucks coming at 6 AM. Overall got several hours of sleep. Better than sleeping on a park bench I guess but not worth $175. Keep looking. You can find a better place.

Stayed here while attending a sports tournament in Indio. The charming exterior, pool and courtyard are deceptive. Our room was dirty and rundown. The sofa, carpet and lampshades had dirt and stains. The Curtains were mismatched and only partially covered the windows. There were no toiletries. No soap for hand washing. Walls were damaged, cracked and dirty. Very disappointed in light of paying $245 a night before taxes and fees.

Imagine getting to your room and finding no soap at all. Of course I assumed it was just overlooked so I went to front desk (phone didn’t work in room). They say they will let housekeeping know about soap. Next morning still no soap. I go to front desk again and clerk says she’ll notify housekeeping. That night still no soap. They tell me due to covid soap has been delayed. I asked them if they couldn’t just go buy local soap for room bathrooms. They said they’ve told guests where they could go buy soap for themselves!!!!! Terrible. Third day I asked if soap was in and clerk actually told me that was a Housekeeping matter and he couldn’t answer!!

This hotel is horrendous! Our “upgraded room” was a dark dungeon with outdated and worn out furniture. First we were told that the heat was preset at 74 and could only be changed by a hotel employee. Really??? Then there was a splash of blood in shower, burnt out light bulbs and zero soap in our room. I asked for soap at the front desk and was told they were all out and wouldn't get any for a few days. Whaaat? We left immediately and went to beautiful accommodations elsewhere. Shame on Hilton!!

Room carpet was stained, sofa was dirty, black mold in bathroom and the bottom fitted sheet for the king size mattress was not "deep" enough to stay put. Our key card would not work the first day, so they had to change the lock on the door. Lobby is beautiful, that's as far as it goes. Lots of deferred maintenance on the exterior and walkways. Overall, a really bad experience.
