Where oh Where do I begin? It was so bad, I had to send this review directly to Hilton Corporate.

Let's begin with the resort itself. It is 2021, and we just came out of a pandemic, and this Hotel was a complete mess. I Travel for work, and have stayed in Embassy Suites and Hiltons all over the United States, and this was THE WORST, I MEAN WORST Hotel I have EVER stayed at. Do not let the check-in area fool you. It's the ONLY decent location on the entire property. The hotel had time during the pandemic to make some upgrades. Paint peeling everywhere, dirty, old, outdated everything. Next, our room: The rooms are dated, torn carpeting, stains on the couch pillows, stains on the bedding, no extra bedding, no amenities, leaking faucets in the bathroom, batteries needed in the TV remotes, and had to be programed, NO PPV Movie Options WHAT??? Its 2021, and you can't order a movie to watch with your kids? When I asked for extra pillows, the response I received was "We are at full capacity, so sorry". Next, the restaurant: OMG, it was a disaster. It looked and felt like a place that was about to go out of business. I asked for Ice and cups for water, and the staff said "We don't have ice". And here is the kicker...are you ready for this? When I walked up to check out this morning, I walked up to the counter, and the staff said "checking out"? I said yes. NEVER ONCE asked me how my stay was, or if I enjoyed my stay. I mentioned that My stay was Less than expected...and here was the response I received. "Oh". That's it...."Oh"....and I was handed my receipt. Embassy Suites/Hilton, even though I have been a rewards member for over 20-years, I am Sooooo Disappointed in the quality of this Hotel, the staff, service, it makes me want to cancel my Hilton Honors account, but I wont....b/c I use Hilton for Business Travel, but WHAT I WILL NOT DO, EVER EVER AGAIN, is stay at an Embassy Suites or Hilton for leisure Travel. I don't want to have to apologize to my two sons about the hotel conditions ever again.
Outdated, Dirty, Loud

I'll jump right in. Our room: the toilet had not been cleaned when we arrived. We had housekeeping clean it right away, but she didn't even touch the bowl. I used Clorax wipes to clean what I could. The carpets are disgusting, there stains on the couch, the sink in the bedroom didn't drain, and there was a weird blood-like stain on the ottoman. If you are a light sleeper, and you have to stay here, request a top floor room as the floors/walls are paper thin. The Staff: Nice enough, but NO ONE wears masks - not even the guy at the reception desk, or the lady making your eggs. If you are worried about Covid, don't stay here. The Guests: If you are looking for a quiet-relaxing getaway, this place is not for you. A group was blasting their own pool-side music one afternoon, people camped out in the tiny hot tub, and many parents let their kids run wild with little to no consideration for other guests. Either most guests were vaccinated, because many weren't wearing masks, OR they think Covid is over. I suspect the latter is true. Pool: Pool is fine, but don't expect them to have towels available for you. For $300+/night this hotel is the absolute worst.
Property needs a makeover

Rooms were old and musty and did not live up to Hilton quality. Property has great potential if updated. Hot breakfast and happy hour were a definite perk. Property is in a good location. Restaurant on site with limited menu.

This hotel is an older building and has issues with cosmetic repair needs. The room was comfortable but the air conditioner didn’t put out enough cool air and the microwave oven had instructions in French, not English.
Great value, great service

Usually stay at Embassy in La Quinta. This place is a bit older but almost $100 per night cheaper. Great free breakfast, Near Starbucks, grocery stores and Restaurants. My new go to place. Close to tennis center, Coachella, shopping
