Really good location, only 50 meters to the beach, near the supermarket. The service is great, very helpful and nice. The pool is perfect and warm. The room is very clean, they cleaning everyday. I can only recommend this hotel.

We stayed for one night, then we switched hotels because we felt it was too expensive for what it offers. Pros: - great location, close to the beach, restaurants, markets, fast food chains etc. - very nice, helpful staff - compared to other hotels in that neighbourhood, most “new” looking - good breakfast, a lot of choice, nice serving lady. Cons: - room wasn’t very clean, we found something like bird feather on bathroom floor, overall floor was dirty and definitely wasn’t vacuumed for a long time. This is what bothered us the most. - quite pricey compared to similar hotels there (we found another one close by, also quite new maybe even nicer for 20€ less per night). - because of its location it is very loud at night, lots of screaming Germans. No it’s not like that everywhere in El Arenal, we are now staying one block away and can sleep without anyone waking us up screaming. Wasn’t bad, but would not stay there again ‘cause in my opinion is not the best value. :)

Location, location, location. Good hotel excellent location. We were family of 3 on vacation and this hotel was perfect. One block away from the strip and the beach. Low cost hotel, clean rooms and good service. It seem to attract youths especially from Germany. I could not see the reason for it. A lot of night live on the strip. Fun walk by the sea.

You could not ask for better service, very friendly and nice personnel...only 2 min walk from the beach. There are several bus-stops nearby so it’s relatively easy to get to La Palma or to the airport. The building is a bit dated, but you visit Mallorca for the beach and the sun so you will be most of the time outside 😊☀️

The Hotel is clean and relatively comfortable, but very basic and dated. As it is a low cost hotel, it seems to attract people who'd rather spend their money boozing till 5am then return to the hotel, stagger around very, very noisily, completely oblivious to the fact that they are not alone in the hotel and that people might actually be wanting to sleep!! Can't blame the hotel for the actions of guests, but I'm sure a few polite signs around the hotel requesting noise be limited would at least demonstrate that the owners / manager have attempted to limit the impact of these very, very drunk guests! On the plus side, the hotel is a stone's throw from the beach, there's a very decent bar / restaurant over the road (Mistic) The staff are friendly enough, English-speaking and helpful, but do appear a little bored! We only stayed 1 night and didn't eat here so I can't comment on breakfast / meals. The pool looked quite inviting, but again, due to limited time here, we didn't try it. Taxi to the airport was €20. Be sure to take a map as the taxi dropping us off had no clue where this hotel was! Even standing on the street, 5 metres from the front door, Google Maps saying we're right outside, it's still not obvious where the hotel is! In the highly unlikely event I'll return to El Arenal, personally I'd pay more and stay somewhere nicer, but if I was 22 yrs old with limited means and with a bunch of mates on a stag do....... then maybe I'd stay again!
