The Place To Feel Welcomed
Excellent 11 day stay even during the pandemic. We felt welcomed by Elias during checkin. The room was clean and comfortable with an awesome ocean view. We ate in the hotel more than we typically do only because of the pandemic. Edgar and staff were always there and always made us feel as if they were glad that we were there. We had a couple of issues with the gym and with extending our reservation because of COVID restrictions. Kati was always there for us. She was understanding, professional, and such a nice and caring person.. If she isn’t in management, she should be. I can’t forget the housekeeping staff...they were amazing and accommodating. The hotel is in walking distance (15 mins) to the Multiplaza Mall, less than 5 min walk to Super 99 grocery store and close to a few restaurants. The hotel exceeded our expectations and we will definitely stay there during our next trip to Panama.
Excellent stay in Panama City
Brand new hotel located in Punta Pacifica/Paitilla. The location couldn’t be better, it’s less than 5 minutes walking distance to the biggest & best mall in Panama City. It’s also located within the Pacific Center complex which includes restaurants, shops, movie theaters, etc. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel!
Panama City .... 28 days straight
So you know how many times you go on a hotel review and someone says, I would have given this hotel a zero rating but the minimum was a one (1).... well, I can tell you that both my wife and I would have given this hotel a ten (10) but a five (5) was the highest available. Flew in alone on February 23rd prior to the WHO declaring the Covid19 a pandemic.. rooms, front desk, restaurant, pool, gym and building were fantastic. The staff... and I won't attempt to give a "shout-out" to just anyone in particular were some of the friendliest in any hotel I have ever stayed and I say that with a little bit of authority because I have stayed in southern locations for a couple of months each winter for at least a decade. My wife flew down on March 13th to join me and only got about 3 days of relaxation before it was evident that we had to make arrangements for our return to Canada.... despite this hotel being open only 4 weeks prior to my arrival, it was run like a well oiled machine with staff, accommodations, food and service.... nothing but a smile on the face of everyone that worked there. If your coming to Panama City, Panama for a few days or longer and you want a home base in a great location in close proximity to all you need to see.... stay at The Residence Inn at Pacific Center... you'll have no regrets. GREAT HOTEL
Part of a mall with really comfortable rooms and justopened JAN. 2020. VERY FRIENDLY STAFF WITH KITCHENETTE IN ROOM. CENTRALLY LOCATED TO SUPERMARKET, restaurants and great pool on top floor overlooking ocean. Only problem i had was pool closes at ten officially.

Es un hotel excelente totalmente nuevo para estrenar ...La pisicina super hermosa en la noche es super especial con las luces que tienen...Las habitaciones son especiales muy dotadas tienen todo lo que necesitas ...La atención es lo máximo quiero agradecer a VIODELIS que chica tan especial ella está en el area del desayuno y les aseguro que los atenderá como un Rey ...es un hotel full recomendado muy céntrico en donde encontras de todo ....Felicitaciones...
