Nayia, Mario and the cleaning staff are great. Nayia is lovely and really looked after me when Alpharooms cancelled my room for no reason the day before my arrival. I felt safe as a lone traveller when i was put into the main Hotel as the first night i was in the annex which can be accessed from anyone on the street. The rooms are cleaned daily, the breakfast id plentiful and the location is great.
Fantastic Manager and Staff can't do enough for guests

Stayed for 5 days. Nayia and Mario where fantastic. Nayia the manager was like a mother to all and helped everyone, young and old. She even helped the elderly with their return and test forms, as they didn't have smart phones!! (I have Never known someone like her, in all the hotels I have stayed in!). What the main building lacks (Very Dated), the staff make up for and go beyond! If Nayia is not the owner, I hope her boss reads this! Because she and her staff are why people keep returning. We met people who had been going there for 20 - 30yrs. We had fast WiFi (Free) in all areas of the Hotel too. The Hotel is close to bars and restaurants, if you like walking 20-25mins walk to harbour or centre. Bus stop right outside hotel though. McDonald's 2mins away. €8 in taxi to centre or harbour. King's Road very busy and rooms facing this can be noisy. But we had a great stay thanks to Nayia and staff.
Good base to stay

I was in Paphos for 4 nights as a solo traveller. I knew I was booking a 2 star hotel so my expectations were not huge. The greeting on arrival was friendly and check in smooth. I was informed that I did not have a balcony (which did not particularly bother me) but I had a safe and air con, which there would be no charge for (not sure if they would otherwise charge). I took the small lift to the 2nd floor and found my room easily. The hotel and room do feel somewhat dated but both are clean and within the star rating. Service in the room each morning. Continental breakfast in the small restaurant, but seemed to be ample size for the number of guests at the hotel. Breakfast items were constantly topped up and nothing was any bother for the owner/manager. Be aware there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room (311j. My room had a partial view of the main road and it was possible to hear the noise from the karaoke bar opposite. This was not an issue for me as I am a sound sleeper. Air con in room was good and kept the room nice and cool. Shower was basic, not power, but as I was expecting. Overall a comfortable stay and friendly staff. Ideal for me as a solo visitor, but not somewhere I would choose when I return as a family next time. I did not use the pool so unable to comment, but ample sun beds and seating adjacent to the pool. Good location to access the harbour, and tombs of the kings and Kings Mall, with a price to suit. A good selection of restaurants/bars just a short walk away ,some just opposite/next door
Very nice stay

We stayed 1 week at the kings hotel, the room and the toilet are bit old style but always clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast is rich and tasty and the hosts very welcoming; they are always ready to give advises on places to visit or to give any kind of information. The swimming pool is nice, and there is a bar where you can take a drink in the afternoon or at night if you don t feel to go out. It has an excellent balance quality/price!

Yesterday we came back from our holidays in Cyprus while which we stayed at Kings Hotel. We had a pleasant stay here. Our room was good enough, the bed was comfortable, the room had a balcony too, airco was working properly. The service ladies came every day to clean the room/change towels. Breakfast was tasty. It was varied: different types of rolls, bread, backery products, cake, cold cut, cheese, feta, marmelade, butter, egg, cucumber & tomatoe, orange juice, milk, tea, coffee, cereal and my absolute favourite: Greek yoghurt ❤️❤️❤️❤️ All the staff was very-very friendly. Commendations to everyone! Pool area was clean. The hotel is situated in a good area, there are kiosks/car rentals/shopping mall/pharmacies/restaurants nearby. You can easily walk to Sandy Beach too. Some improvement suggestions that may be worth considering: No ventillation in the bathroom, toilet was a little leaking. It would have been beneficial to have a fridge in our room. All in all Kings Hotel was a good choice, I would chose it again and recommend to others too!
