Cannot fault this place the staff are amazing nothing is any trouble they are the most helpful lovely people you could ever wish for, cleanliness is above and beyond rooms are immaculate everyday cleaned, the price is so reasonable considering the service you get very cheap. We are leaving tomorrow and can't wait to come back next year 10 out of 10 Thank you Naiya and Harry x

Great hotel close to all amenities 15 minutes walk to the bus station by the harbour and a 10 walk to the main bus station. The rooms are cleaned each day along with the bed linen, and breakfast in the morning is great value at only 2.50 euro. Want to make a special mention to the manager Nayia who is a great hostess and ambassador to the hotel she went out of her way to arrange tours and to find out timetables for the buses etc.

Pros, clean room, clean bedding, fair price, breakfast good, staff friendly. Cons, quite shabby, could do with updating, TV only in Greek, no kettle or cups etc in room , so no morning cuppa. Rooms facing the main road very noisy with traffic. You get what you pay for.

I stayed here for three weeks. The staff are friendly, and Nadia remembered me from a previous occasion earlier in the year when I needed to use their lobby to work (use Wi-Fi). It was on this basis that I had booked my stay here - remembering good service and friendliness. Although the decor is a little tired in the rooms,my room was clean comfortable and adequate for my needs. Their Wi-Fi is reliable (if you need this as I do for work). It's within walking distance of local restaurants, cafes and the Kings Avenue Mall. You can also walk to Lighthouse Beach and the Paphos harbour area, or indeed catch a bus, of which you can also get the bus into the Old Town and to Coral Bay. From the airport you can catch a bus to Paphos Station and then the 615, if you're on a budget and do not want to pay the cost of a taxi fare. For me, the breakfast was also adequate with both a variety of cereal and continental, or you can have a cooked breakfast by request The rooms are mostly quiet, but can be noisy if you have your balcony door open and are near to the road.

Hotel is long overdue a renovation. Walls have wallpaper with layers of paint on top. Bed covers are baubbly and covered in hairs. Bathrooms are grimy with broken tiles. Fridge in room was disgusting and 2 plug sockets didn't work (nine beside bed). Busy road to the front of the hotel is very loud and doors are not sound proofed. Staff were friendly and did their best.
