Nice, Clean and Quiet

We stayed in Four Seasons the day after Thanksgiving 2021. The hotel's atmosphere radiates a calm vibe, which is a treasure in Las Vegas. It was very clean and the staff were very polite and friendly. The room was very clean. We loved spending the evening in the garden by the fire. Note that it's hotel and not a resort, so it does not have a casino or multiple pools, which is a plus if you want to retreat from casino smokes and overcrowded pools into a beautiful and quiet corner in the evening. It is inside Mandalay Bay, so you can just walk indoors to a casino if you want that. Our only issue is the perks provided by the hotel to Amex Platinum customers which are very limited compared to other Vegas Luxury Hotels and Resorts. The $100 Experience Credit can only be used in Spa (and not dining etc.), the breakfast credit is not daily and can only be used starting the day after check-in, and the upgrade we got was very mild at best (if we got any). These limitations make the value of the stay a bit questionable. Overall it is a nice hotel to stay in the heart of Vegas if you want to relax a bit and if you do not care about the value much.
Fabulous stay at Four Seasons Vegas!

We stayed three nights with our three kids and it was a fantastic experience. The pools were still open, easy access to swimming/wave pool at Mandalay, but also could retreat to Four Seasons for quieter experience. Beds were SO comfortable, the buffet was spectacular (the mini donuts!!!), the drinks were delicious and it was simply an amazing stay. Vegas can be a bit crazy, but the Four Seasons provides this amazing oasis. Quiet, attentive luxury. We loved it.
Best place to stay!

I really like this hotel because it 1. Does not have a casino. So you don’t need to walk through a smoky casino to get to your room. 2. It is attached to the Mandalay Bay so if you want a casino, you can have one. 3. The rooms are spacious with a large bathroom. 4. The service from entrance to exit is just outstanding!!
Not the Four Seasons we know and expect

It started at 6pm when they tried to tell me our room wasn't ready! I try to be understanding but I still expect more from the Four Seasons! I don't expect "average" from their staff and I don't feel I'm paying for "average".
Beyond expectations even during the pandemic !

I recently stayed four nights at this property and had the most relaxing and comforting stay in over two years . All systems are go here like 24 hour room service and twice daily room attendant. The room and property were pristine in cleanliness and hand sanitizers everywhere although more demure in their locations! The pool open and lovely including food and bar service . The nail bar open with many options for nails and toes ! Super clean and a bit pricey !! The steak house formerly Charlie Palmers is closed and not to reopen I believe but the Veranda has very nice options both indoors or out on the patio for all your meals . They do close in between lunch and dinner and you need to check with them to confirm their opening hours . The ambiance and food is very good . The service was a tiny bit slow but all of Vegas is short staffed so not a problem !! Inside the elevators and hotel everyone wore their masks and all the guest were kind and respectful. Of course mask were removed for eating or drinking . I think the tea service is closed at this moment ?? Room service was good hot and fresh and very timely even after midnight !! Their is coffee makers in the rooms and also a place in the lobby called Press that has excellent coffee !!! I was completely grateful for my stay and the many employees who took care of me !! Highly recommended.
