Won’t stay here again, outdated property with numerous items needing repairs. Expected better of a Marriott property.

Reviewed 3 december, 2021

Safe in room outdated and not workable. Drain clogged in the sink. Plunger in the sink broken. No body wash in the dispenser in the shower. Breakfast was horrible and running low on items. No complimentary water. Smoke alarm in the hallway beeping constantly because battery needed to be changed. Bath towels were thin and worn. Smoke detector in room was falling off the ceiling. No updated plugs for phones and iPads. No room service unless requested but upon checkin you are not told this.

Good for sleeping, but services could be better

Reviewed 16 october, 2021

Room was reasonably quiet and comfortable, but their housekeeping staff needs to be more observant. Our kleenex box had 1 tissue remaining, the sink was clogged and drained slowly, which is just disgusting. There was an in-room coffee maker, sweetener packets and cups - but no tea bags or coffee were provided. The grout in the bathroom floor had large chunks missing, leaving 1/4" wide gaps - great dirt catchers! Also the bag provided for the ice bucket was a huge, kitchen-sized trash bag, which was a big hassle to get unfolded and into the bucket. Desk clerk was too busy chatting up PYT's to pay any attention to us at checkout. C'mon Marriott - you can do better than this!

Has Really Gone Downhill

Reviewed 5 july, 2021

I don’t know if is because of Covid or the new stadium, but something has obviously changed at this hotel. We have stayed here countless times when passing through Vegas. It is our go-to choice. However, after our most recent stay, I can no longer recommend this place. Our room had not been cleaned properly…hair on the bathroom floor, someone’s deodorant lid under the sink, etc. The overall presentation of the hotel also seemed shabby and rundown. We got off the elevator to enter our room for the first time and found management was attempting to throw out some belligerent guests on the same floor. It was pretty ugly. The whole vibe of this hotel just seemed much seedier. We won’t be staying here again.

Great Budget Hotel in Vegas

Reviewed 3 june, 2021

Hotel is sort of out of the way on Dean Martin. In a complex of cheaper hotels (Residence, Courtyard, and HI Express). Hotel charges $10 for parking (but they waived the fee for Elites which was nice). Stayed at this property as a stopping point prior to flying home. Room was good. No issues. Bed was comfortable, a little hard but OK for my taste. Staff was friendly they checked us in at 1230pm after waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes. Asked for an early check via the mobile App. The restaurant is non functioning. Front desk said the Couryard was the same. Kind of odd since Vegas is open as we were there at Caesars the previous week. This is a good property as a budget place to stay away from the strip.

Perfect Quiet Location

Reviewed 4 may, 2021

The hotel was quiet which was just what we were looking for! It was convenient as a stop over for a flight the next day. The trip to the airport took about 12 minutes; they did not have a shuttle to the airport at this time but we had a rental car to turn in so that was ok. Our room was located at the end on the first floor so we could go in and out that way rather than through the lobby each time. The beds were comfortable and the fridge and microwave were just right for what we needed. Couldn't have asked for more!
